Amazing service with short notice! Im kinda a difficult guy to deal with when it comes to my cars, very meticulous in the way I expect thing to be done. Jokers knocked it out of the park. My daily is a 2017 passat r line. I had a very specific way I wanted things to look and operate, so I was worried when I contacted them that I might be asking to much or just being ridiculous. took the car down and talked to the guys for a min.... its took no time and its like they already knew what I was going to ask.

Great experience, the guys hooked me up on a very sweet sound system I will be going no where but to them for other work. The quality was outstanding and they stayed over 2 1/2 hours on a Saturday night to get everything installed. These guys are awesome amd do very great work.

I decided on 8/23 while I was driving, listening to music as I normally do that I want to upgrade my speakers. I googled this place “Jokers Audio” after reading the good reviews and I headed over there. Sam was the guy who helped me pick out the best system. Let me tell you, this guy knows his stuff. Very importantly, he’s not one of those guys who tries to sell you things you don’t really need just to make a sale which was important to me.Long story short,Sam had me finished up and picked up my truck the next day. Not only was the service time incredibly fast but the work quality was top notch! I can’t ask for much more as a customer. I’ll definitely be sending anyone I know that’s interested in upgrading over to them.

Its been almost one month now and I havent heard a word from these guys about my hood scoops,that they broke when they installed a carbon fiber wrap on my hood and from day one its been nothing but Excuses I took my truck to them on 6/10/21 I was tolded well have it done by 8pm before we close so I called and it was not ready so then I was tolded well have it ready by 6pm Friday night so I said okay Im on vacation and I dont go back to work until Monday, so at 6pm I called them and they told me that the glue wasnt sticking to the hood that they needed more time so I said I can pick it up Saturday and they said yeah you can pick it up by the close of business at 7:30 pm I called and was tolded that we are fishing it up now you can come pick it up,i told them I didnt want a rush job done on my truck so Ill be out there Monday after I get off work I called them Monday afternoon and my truck was still not ready so I said okay Ill be there Tuesday about lunchtime so when I arrived it looked like a rush job my hood scoops broken bubble spot in the wrap and they told well fix it well order you some new scoops and put them on and well call you when they come end,well after waiting for two weeks I call keyparts hoods got the part number for the hood scoops and order the part my dam self the parts was at my front door in (3) days. So thanks for nothing jokers audio you guys are the worst experience Ive ever had with Customizing a vehicle I well never Recommend you guys to anyone I know

The guys at Jokers Audio and Wheels in Acworth did a great job on my window tint. They also installed a subwoofer that really brought out the lows in my sound. They handled everthing in one day. From the time I walked in the door until I drove off with the car they were professional and friendly. I’d recommend them without question.

I have worked with these guys for years. From rims and tires to speakers and subs. Just got some tint on from them and it looking great. Always great work from them.

After spending over $5300 for a vehicle wrap it looks great but i feel its incomplete.. If you pay for a complete wrap; i would think. Complete for the money i spent would include having my roof wrapped as well for the money spent...

Bought a custom box for my f150 and nitty made it easy to pick the right set up for me

I paid 140$ dollars to these people months ago to hook up my stereo. And all I got is a head unit that lights up. It does absolutely nothing for 140$. Definitely wouldn’t advise anyone to do business with these people.

Omar, the wheel guru, called me and gave me a very thorough discussion on wheels and tires and made sure that I had top-notch equipment. I had an amazing experience at Joker’s Audio & Wheels. Like many, this pandemic has thrown me for a loop. Sometimes good things happen in the midst of tragedy. I found Jokers Audio purely by accident. I had visited a National Chain, but they closed early because of the pandemic. Their loss turned out to be my gain. I reached out to Aaron, not really thinking that I would find someone to help me. After only a few minutes into our conversation, I knew exactly what I needed. He followed through on everything he promised, and within hours of my first visit with my car, my radio and backup camera were installed to perfection. I literally watched the technician do the work. He proved to be a perfectionist, who painstakingly treated my car like it was his own. I stay coming to Jokers audio, they have the best prices and they’re easy to work with! Suga, Ben and Tristan really rockin with what they’re doin and if they mess up anything they always fix it. I had a 12 inch sub package done yesterday but when I left my car wouldn’t accelerate and I asked Tristan what happened and he told me to come in today and they just plugged in the OBD reader and fixed it all up! They’re great people at a great shop, I 10/10 recommend for any of your audio or cosmetics needs!

Got a stereo installed here for a good price. Another company quoted me cheaper so they price-matched me. The stereo works flawlessly and significantly upgraded my 2013 Kia Soul. It makes it much more modern and made me love my car even more. I did experience an issue with the dash kit and the fitting so I came right back to them and they got me fixed right up. I hired Jokers in October 2019 to install new speakers in my Jeep and this week they completed my 3.25 inch full component lift and tire installation. I chose Joker because they were very accommodating, they did their research and answered all of my questions, they were patient and went out of their way to help me and explain my options, and of course, their prices are unbeatable.While the name Jokers Audio and Wheels may make you think they only service those items, I can attest from personal knowledge and observation that they provide far more products and services than just wheels and audio components. One day, while waiting for my speakers to be installed, I watched a technician installing heated seats and dash components, and we discussed other projects they had in their shop, including full vehicle wraps, powder coating or wrapping wheels and other components, installing light bars and LEDs, installing custom seats and other fancy upgrades, incorporating video systems and much, much more. I think they have the ability to handle just about any upgrade or vehicle upgrade you desire.The staff, including Erin, were very professional, courteous and eager to help me in any way they could. They always followed up when they said they would, and if there was a question that required some research, Erin always did his research and called me back quickly. I never had to follow up with them because they forgot about me or got too busy to focus on and prioritize my project.Their prices cannot be outdone because they will match or beat their competitors, and can often find your product online or through their dealers cheaper than what other service providers quote for the same products. We intend to give all of our business to Jokers, including installing our electronic step rails for our new Gladiator. I came in with a busted nex unit i wasnt happy with for the past year anyway. Unfortunately my 19 ram is limited on options on replacements due to specific harness. Mustafa the manager was very helpful and worked with me to find a solution in my price range. They def took the time to explain everything and are very knowledgeable with car audio. I will def come back for wraps and rims when ready.

Huge shoutout to jokers audio for anyone looking to have speakers subwoofers tint underglow wheels wraps done this is the place to go. They have done right by me so many times. The first time I went there they helped me pick a good system and a few months later I upgraded to a second sub. Everything they have done for me has been amazing.Just recently I totaled my challenger Which might I add the only thing that still worked after the crash was my underglow Nikki at jokers installed for me.With the help of Sugar and Nikki to run the install with Ben and Omar to help me get a better setup then what I had for a outstanding price they know I have had some bad luck... I had my first set up stolen my second one completely totaled out and on my 3rd setup now all within 6 months. He helped me out any way he could even buying back broken parts to make it where I could afford my new setup. They are the only ones I will use for audio system setup wraps or anything else they can do. Thank y’all so much for the help again.I can’t wait to get the chrome delete in a few weeks.

I recently had my aftermarket sound system for my 370Z worked on by Jokers Audio, after the original installers had issues figuring out what was wrong with it and 2 trips to the Nissan dealership, I brought to Jokers to look at. I have my car back and everything works as it should now. I dealt with Sam, Aaron and Sugar, who were all very professional and accommodating. Id like to especially thank Sugar, who I know put a lot of time into my car and figured it out. I will definitely come back to this shop for anything else I need.

I guess Im going to be one of the few one star but I have not had a good experience. I tried to get an android touch screen in my truck which they said they just had to pick up. Now Im standing in the shop a few weeks later no android and having a hard time getting a refund. Might be good for you but definitely sucked for me.

Went and got some Dual 10s installed in my Sonata to upgrade the sound system. Everyone seemed professional yet laid-back and the prices werent too exorbitant. Will be back to get my speakers and tweeters done eventually.

The five stars google provides are not hardly enough to give the Sam (the owner) and his crew the credit they deserves. My husband went there thinking he was going to spend... MAYBE.... $300 to replace my two sub-roofers in my 2012 Range Rover. After Sam educated us on the merchandise he had available to give us the sound we were looking for; we left there HAPPLILY spending $1300 for QUALITY SOUND.
