The material I received was not what I wanted, but the fault was mine, not yours. The current version of your web page doesnt make it clear which material is cold rolled as the previous one did. Not knowing one alloy from another, I just ordered what I hoped would be appropriate. It wasnt, so Im out $100 plus. I did give a good rating for your customer service..the review I posted follows..I think my first two emails werent understood, or maybe I wasnt clear. I finally did get the answer I was looking for and ordered the proper material. The $100 plus hot rolled bars I ordered originally are of no use to me, but I hope sometime down the road Ill find a use for it.

When a very recent shipment was taking a week longer than expected by the carrier, the Online Metals agent I spoke with immediately placed a reorder on the missing item at no extra cost to me of course.Follow up with Sales Agent Carly was a great experience as she had all the answers I was looking for on the missing item plus one coming to NC all the way from Los Angeles by special carrier given the very long 12 ft. dimensions of the item acquired on -line. Overall, I do feel these agents at ONLINE METALS take good care of their customers and want to make sure that buying from them on line feels as safe as doing it in person.Since I will use these material to build a hang glider, it gives me re-assurance of the quality of the 6061-T6 aluminum tubing provided by ONLINE METALS via accompanying test and quality inspection reports by the original manufacturers of the items I purchased. Placed an order for a small art project. The materials arrived well packed within 5 days. I then discovered the diameter would be too big and requested directions for returning the materials Andrew is reordering. The company stated that a refund would be issued but since the order was small, to disregard a return.Although a small order, this was greatly appreciated and not expected. Online Metals deserves to be your vendor.

First I found the shipping cost of my order was a lot more realistic than what it has been in the past. Received my order within a few days which is great but not always necessary. Always had excellent service from these guys. Very fast shipping. Extremely efficient company to deal with. Typically buy various 6061 aluminum from them in small quantities and always am treated like I am a bigger customer spending a lot of money with them.

Better than I imagined ............ I thought I would have to send damaged piece of aluminum back and then receive a replacement. But they sent a replacement immediately so only delayed job a couple of days.

I spent 2 weeks looking for a certain piece of channel aluminum,and no one had it, i finally came across this company and they were willing to cut my piece to size and get me exactly what i needed.for under 30 bucks the next nearest company i found had the piece for 45 dollars and wanted 235.00 to ship it to me !!! almost 9x the cost of the piece!!! i will come to online metals from now on ..thanks again folks..

I measured the aluminum I needed, shopped around and then ordered. the materials were delivered within the week and all was as I expected. I will buy from the company again.I needed more materials a month later. I ordered midday on Sunday and it arrived Wednesday morning. This was great as I could not find it local.
