Do not trust them. This company ripped me off. Ordered a slate top pool table from them on etsy (they are no longer allowed to sell there because etsy banned them) ordered in January and was told it would ship in March. Did not ship till mid April and then spent almost 3 months in transit. Mind you my shipping location was only located 15 hours away.Was finally delivered in July after 6 months. And it was not only damaged but was also not what I paid for. I had to hound them to get any response at all. As you can see in the pictures the seams arrived with splits in them. The sides were not cut level with the legs. And the 3 piece Italian slate top was a cheap piece of basic plywood.I paid a additional $550 for the slate top upgrade and what I got was a $50 cheap piece of MDF wood. They agreed to refund me the $550 but said it would take a week and it would be by check even though I paid them vua quick books. Gave them weeks and have so far received no refund and they no longer respond to emails.Additionally I said I would deal with the damage if they could give me the paint color so I could repair and re paint over the splitting seams. Took 5 emails asking for the paint color before they would respond to me.Much like everything else used on this table it was cheap home depot brand paint. The table was constructed from cheap MDF and one cheap 2x4 all with home depot markings on it. No solid wood. MDF well, flat is known to warp so I wont expect this to junk to last long.There are much better options out there for less money and no financial risk. I have more pictures and emails proving they ripped me off so contact me and Ill share them with whoever asks.Update: eventually they did refund me the $550 I was owed. And it seems like they have hired someone to help them handle these issues going in the future. But with that said. It still took 3 months longer to receive my table, it still arrived damaged, ND jt still was not the product I ordered. I hope they get there stuff together but in the end the issues I had means I can not recommend them.

This company is a hit and miss. They hit for some clients and miss with others. In my case I experienced both a hit and miss. I had an expensive order ruffly about $4,700.00 estimate. My order to this day has not been received in full since I ordered in March 2021. We are heading into September as I am doing this review. It took a massive amount of communication ( phone calls, emails, messages) for me to get the attention my order deserved. I spoke with Tamara who was apologetic every time and the reason why I had so much patience. The communication then went down hill after I received part of my order and now the second part that should have been shipped with the first part because it was one big order, is still pending with no communication existing on this companys behalf. Failed return phone calls and email responses. I do not recommend if you dont want a headache and willing to take the high risk and a serious amount of stress. I have contacted my credit card company and they are handling this matter the way I should have been handled. That is the right way. I have recanted recommendations and updated people such as interior designers that I spoke to about this company during time of purchase with my full and current experiences. Which is to find another Billard company.

I ordered a table and cue rack from Mc Corkle Design and it is fantastic. My family and I love both items. Tamara was wonderful to work with and answered all our questions. The delivery guy was professional, quick and precise. Completely satisfied on all levels.

Our experience with McCorckle ended with going through our bank to get a charge back for non-delivery. We were told FedEx Freight was supposed to delivery our custom picnic table on a specific date and time. We waited at home for the delivery and the table did not arrive. I called FedEx Freight and asked them if there were any scheduled deliveries for our name and address(we were never provided tracking #s after repeatedly asking for then) and FedEx freight said they had NO scheduled deliveries for our address. McCorckle straight up lied about delivery then became non-responsive. Do not do business with the company. Our review is but one of many terrible reviews.

Missed agreed deadline I had for big event and tried to call 4 times and email. No reply. Attorneys are now involved + disputing with bank. We are also informing BBB and in contact with the attorney generals office.

Was a little hesitant seeing I was ordering. Rather late in the month of October.HOWEVER.... Tamara and Angel where my sale rep. They did a great job at guiding me threw the process and my options. I needed a very detailed piece. They where able to deliver!!Right before ThanksgivingThank you, Thank you, Thank you!I would highly recommend for anything custom.

They are the biggest fraud I know. They never delivered my pool table. I am just 6 hrs away from them. I ordered in mid May and its sept end. Everytime they give me 2 weeks time shamelessly. They need to punished for cheating.

My pool table got delivered and setup last night and I could not be happier. Their installer was just amazing…such an attention to detail and took his time to do it right….he was at my house for 4.5 hours. You got a great guy here and I appreciate you sending the best. I also am very happy with the end result…beautiful table and fit perfect. Highly recommend!

Ordered pool table in May. Was supposed to get delivery in early July. Now they dont take phone calls, do not reply any emails. I am going to call credit card coz this is enough. They were very responsive before I put an order though. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Buyer beware. McCorkle Designs is a scam. Ordered a table via their Etsy shop in March -- now, July and still no table, despite being advised of a delivery date in June. Theyve since closed their Etsy shop, likely due to the endless negative reviews. Have filed claims now with both Etsy and my credit card. Do not shop here!

*1st, I spoke with a third party person for majority of the ordeal -which ultimately caused much miscommunication. *2nd, they sent pics of the bench for me to pre-approve, but it was not what I received. *3rd, they were only willing to patch up and do minor fixes to the bench because they do not take back any merchandise. I was even willing to bring it back in myself. The owner did send someone over to fix the unsightly seam (or lack there of ) but, the leather-like material does not stay attached on the edges of the bench. It was only a temporary fix. It came right back open a few hours after he left.*4th, the worker/builder that came over states that they DID make the bench a little different than usual, which was suppose to make it more durable. He also stated that he agrees that it is unsightly - still, they wouldnt take the bench back. *5th, the bench is too high. The average seat/chair is 18 inches high because the average table is 30 inches high. I had no idea that I was suppose to inform a professional of furniture making of this info. I never stated that I wanted a high bench or a counter top/bar height bench. The pics that they sent to me for pre-approval shows 19 inches high, but the benchs seat is actually 23 inches high. *Now I have to get the bench cut down, because a custom made table is $600+ when I could have ordered a table for less than $200 online. Mind you, I dont need a large table. Ive spent months looking, since last May.*I wouldve given them a good grade on responsiveness, because the service was good up until I wanted to return my bench. They kept bringing up the fact that they did certain extra, accommodating, things for me (that I didnt ask for, nor was I aware of because I didnt ask for it - and most importantly, IT MADE THE BENCH WORSE AFTER ALL). I paid for a breakfast nook bench, not an experiment. Being extra accommodating or nice is a good business practice and your choice. That should not and DOES NOT mean that I should be okay with receiving less than favorable craftsmanship/workmanship of merchandise that I paid for.*6th, after a few months, I called back to speak with the owner. He finally agreed to fix the cushion, but no one ever showed, my calls went unanswered, and my text was ignored.**Less than a year later, still without sitting on the bench, the holes/open seams are wider than ever... And! they claimed that the material would not come up from the bench despite the openings, but clearly that was a lie too. See pictures - youll see the black tape they tried to patch up the hole with (after their glue didnt work). Tape stopped holding after about 3 weeks, youll see the material starting to peel where its folded at the so-called seam, and youll see that NOTHING is holding down the sides - hence why the seams wont hold. ALSO, JUST TO BE CLEAR, YOU ARE LOOKING AT TWO (2)/BOTH ENDS OF THE BENCH - NOT JUST ONE.

I am extremely surprised, and more than happy with my Custom pooltable! Didnt know what to expect going with this company sight unseen, but super thrilled, and excited I took the leap of faith! First off I dont even want to play on it looks like a piece of ART! I especially want to acknowledge Tamara who kept me up to speed every step of the way very sweet lady... Plus informative, and the delivery guy Joe did an exceptional job assembling the table with great attention to detail :) You dont find companies like these anymore . Just a phenomenal job. Buyer beware! Ordered an outdoor pool table in June 2020 for $6500. Was told I would receive photos before being shipped. Never got these. Got the run around about courier and shipping issues. Still no response to my inquiries. I emailed them notifying them I’d be contacting my credit card company to file a complaint. Still didn’t bother to reply.Spend your money elsewhere!

Please be careful when purchasing from this company. I ordered a pool/convertible table for $3,500 on July 9th, 2019. I have called them, emailed, and messaged them numerous time. I talked to Tamura twice and she assured my order would get to me and give me updates, which never happened, I truly trusted in this company as they explained it was a shipping courier issue and they would fix it to get me my order. Well... it’s already way over a year and still my order has not reached me. They have not called or got back to me and seems to be ignoring my emails and calls. So, I got scammed by this company. I really tried to be understanding and trust in them especially during these tough times, but I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. This was a gift for my family for 2019 Christmas and it never arrived. I lost a huge amount of money and am so heart broken and disappointed. Please be careful when ordering from this company.

AMAZING! They get an A+ for product quality, customer service AND efficiency/delivery. First of all, the pool table came and it looks beautiful (see the pictures below!) custom-made to our specs with the gray felt and black finish. Second, the customer service is like nothing Ive ever seen. I ordered through etsy and they frequently emailed to keep in touch/send me pictures of the progress, without me even prompting them first! I have never experienced that. And they really worked with me every step of the way. Finally, we were in a time crunch to get this pool table made before a big party we were having and due to a storm delay, they werent able to ship in time--so they delivered it themselves!! A custom made table personally delivered within about a month-AMAZING!! Thank you to all who helped me!

I ordered my pool table in june 29 2020. I received it on september and the table was broken. They told me you will received a new one in november and we are in march 2021. I called them today they told me if you don’t pay 300$ we will not deliver you. I will call my bank and my lawyer.Don’t work with them!!!!

Be careful with this company, DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY read the policies first, there is no refund, no returns First of all I made the order on JUN 18 they said it would be shipped on August 19 and the delivery would be done August 24 to 26 those days passed and no They called me and the order had not arrived and they did not answer my phone, which is why I decided to open a case on etsy Sep8 2020 after I opened the case, Tamara called me and told me that the order was going to be for fed ex, which supposedly was by case After a storm they had to change trucks because it came from lousianna which is where they manufacture everything is in Georgia, supposedly his driver Romney called me which I was waiting outside at fed ex who was coming on September 18 he told me he had some problems that he was going to be at my house for Sep 18 which next day with excuses which made the delivery the other week on Sep 23 at around 10pm which the delivery was in a pick up with 2 billiards which set up the billiard after everything was assembled My wife realized how much it had on one edge, the fabric was half torn in one corner, which I went and called the driver, he entered and brought a torch and glue to fix it, which he did nothing and told me the next time he came to Florida was going to fix it, which after the delivery I was communicating with the company, they told me wait a week we called you they called me only once they were going to come since they made the delivery to me on Sep 23 and almost waiting for the repair Its been 2 months and they havent responded. I got photos videos of the day of delivery and he trying the repair my billiard BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE INRESPONSIBLE, THEY DO NOT RETURN THE MONEY.

Do not work with this company.I placed an order with McCorkle designs back in November for a new dinning room/game table. They started off incredibly responsive, and were great to work with. When the situation regarding the table changed, they were very supportive in handling updates.

This company is a scam, apparently. They’ve gone silent sense the scheduled install date that they didn’t show for. I am out $3500!

The owner and I have since spoken, I do not know if my needs will ever be resolved, but after speaking with him, I can say that we both could of handled this situation alot better, so for the conversation and for acknowledging that my complaint was valid. Ill give you a 5-star.

I have a daughter who purchased a Custom Jordan Shoe Box for her brothers High School Graduation in 2017 and we still haven’t received this box and every time we talk to someone they say it was something to do with the shipping company and I get the run around. They say they will call me back and let me know when to expect it and they have given me 8 different dates. Will not give me the shipping company that they went through and will not just refund my money since they can’t produce the product that I paid for. Will be taking them to civil court as this was over $800 of my money spent and wasted as of right now. This is not right and they do not respond to any of my emails or calls now. This is a felony act and should be punishable by law. I hate that it has come to this so to the people that got their items I’m happy for you. I wonder how many people they have scammed like me.

Way over promised and literally delivered nothing!In March I ordered a custom table and was told I’d get free shipping if I orders within 25 hours so that they could combine shipping with a truck already coming our way. That should have been my first warning sign. I found the company on Etsy, but I was invoiced outside of Etsy where I now can’t leave a review for them. The communication started strong. They took my details for my order but then kept giving excuses as to why it wasn’t done yet... shipping, holidays, Covid, etc. Tamara put me in touch with the carpenter who seemed legit at first but then also went MIA. Tamara gave fake pleasantries and empty promises when we talked. She promised pictures of my item and weekly updates for at least 9 weeks straight but only returned my calls or emails when I reached out. By the end they started screening my calls and only sent me BS via email. I tried to be nice the whole time so I could get my money back which I finally did 4 months later. Not sure why they didn’t just cancel my order months ago, but instead strung me along. Maybe they get lucky once in a while and someone doesn’t attempt to get their money back? Or maybe it’s a game for them? No idea. Bizarre and frustrating, and definitely an attempted scam.

My order came with incorrect spelling and this company worked with me to resolve the issue in a timely manner. The cornhole boards are good quality.

Paid them for a set of custom corn hole boards. After submitting payment, the replied that they would send me a proof in 48 hours. After 6 days went by, I emailed inquiring about the proof. They sent me one the next day. I had stated I had a deadline for an event upon ordering. It was then going to be too tight to get it to me in time. I respectfully asked for a refund via email. They refused even though I had not approved a proof and they had not done the work. Thank goodness for VISA and their support team.

The cornhole boards I ordered from this company were nothing less than exceptional. They appear to be very high quality. The only reason I did not give all 5 stars is because it took much longer to receive them than promised. I was hoping to get them in time for Christmas for my husband and they didn’t end up coming until February. Whenever I inquired about the missing boards, there seemed to be issues with the stickers or miscommunication with the shipping company. That being said, the owners of the company were very pleasant to work with and ended up refunding my shipping cost. Overall, exceptional quality and customer service, just took much longer than anticipated.

I absolutely love my 8ft Pool Table! I was very pleased with there professionalism! They did, and executed everything they said they were going to do from start to finish provided me with pictures of the entire building process until my order was completed! ! Purchased a 7 ft pool table. It took 15 weeks to be delivered. The table construction is made of wood and had some marks upon arrival. Overall the table is ok.
