I had a warranty issue with my previous windshieild that the other company wouldnt cover. But Glass King gave me an appt. for the very next day. When I drove away I noticed something that needed to be address. I returned and they totally took responsibility for it. I left my truck there overnight and they had it ready early the next morning. Ill be returning there when I need another windshield. Good job and good value.

Called Ken to do a rear window replacement on my F-150. It is a power slide with defrost and factory tint. I knew it was going to be expensive so started calling around. Sure am glad I called Ken as his price was in line with two other companies, but had such peace of mind dropping my truck off with him and his crew. I do not drop my truck off anywhere unless I absolutely have to. I like to do my own work and have a hard time trusting anybody with my vehicles. Can assured me everything will go smooth and he did a jam up job and had it back to me within 3 hours. Could not recommend him anymore and I now have a permanent Glassman to recommend and to use in the future. Highly recommend glass king! Their reviews speak for themselves!!

Called on Monday to get a quote. Left a voicemail and received a callback 15 minutes later from Ken. He asked me to text him my VIN number and said he would call me back on Tuesday. Tuesday came and went with no call. I called him back today and reminded him that I sent him a text on Monday with my VIN number. He stated that he would look for my text and call back. The day is over and still no call. Complete waste of time!

I called several places about replacing our windshield, and Ken was the only one that explained there were different windshields for the year/make/model based on collision / lane departure warnings and they would need to be calibrated. His quote of the 3 places was the best to begin with, so we agreed on a price and date for the work. I show up to pick up the car and he gives me a discount because the calibration process didn’t take him as long as he expected on the vehicle! I was absolutely stunned. This is just unheard of in the auto repair industry. Ken is a special guy, and his generosity is genuine. If you’re googling reviews trying to figure out where to get your auto glass fixed, this is it. Be forewarned, he often doesn’t answer the phone because he’s busy fixing glass! I always left a message and he got back to me same day.

Excellent!! We were On vacation in Florida from Ohio. On our way home the windshield cracked, a rock hit it. Last minute, on a Saturday morning they managed to promptly squeeze me in. They were honest, generous even waited for me to find the place. They were efficient, and have great rates. Filled the chip and crack, almost could not tell it was there. Felt a lot safer driving into cold temps from the heat, this has cracked my windshield before on this trip, the crack started in a chip just like the one they fixed. Thank You.

The whole process of getting my windshield replaced was very easy. I called on a Monday and they were able to do it the next day. He gave me a quote on the phone, and that was the price I paid.
