I only go to this Michaels store because its convenient and I find myself in that area quite often. Truthfully though, I dont particularly care for this store. They rarely seem to get anything new or different in my area of interest and the recording that plays over and over and over totally sucks. There are better stores to go to.

Clean, organized., staff so wonderful and friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful. Like JESS omg shes so sweet I asked where I could find a garbage can As I was crouching down with my son and she immediately over at our side asked if I was okay and if my baby was .... I explained I was giving him a banana cuz he was cranky and her hand was immediately out and said I will take that up for you She took our garbage banana peel to throw herself instead of me having to do one more task with a tired cranky toddler and my hands full of crafting supplies my toddler not allow me to put in a basket I was still having to push with his stroller And him not even in it. It was really wonderful to have someone show that kindness and compassion to Mom with a toddler Who hasnt been out much and other places he has been hes NEVER been to Michaels.... so the humongous craft lettering had him out of his mind...just could not believe Those little letters he once knew so small and easy to manipulate 0 So easily too throw into the toilet could be so humongous and intimidating but also intriguing so he just.... he went Savage 🤣 omg such wonderful people ...wonderful ....store great prices..❤️❤️❤️ I really hope Jess gets the recognition that she deserves🙏🏼🥰

I had a Christmas tree delivered in a box that was completely destroyed. After 2 hours on the phone with customer service, that kept telling me it was not their fault, I decided to go to the store. Alexis and Sean were very kind and understood my frustrations. I was in and out in a matter of minutes with a new tree! I will shop here again instead of online!

A great variety of craft and curio items, as well as an extended stock of picture frames including custom framing in the store.

Chris in the framing department knows his stuff. I just needed a mat cut and he was very helpful and concerned about what I was having done.

I have always found what I was looking for af great discount. The personal at Michaels are great. They actually smile when they greet and as they talk and laugh with you as they check you out at the cash register. It really impresses me. Thank you.

They have crafts for the kids every Saturday at 10AM and then again a different one at 1PM. The girl who does the crafts is just the sweetest and she was so great with my kids and loved on them. They all adored her and loved being there!

A handy little convenient arts and craft store. Watch there prices!!! I suppose since they offer coupons to promote shopping there, they seem to very often be much higher priced on many items than their competition. Sometimes 40% discount only brings it down to a regular price elsewhere. Their employees are amazing. Always very helpful and friendly. Sometimes that quality of service is more important to me than price. I guess if you want quality people, you have to pay them. So, with that, they have my business and my support.

Love Michaels, but store did not have a large selection of mdse. Sold out of alot of products.

The staff here is so friendly. I went to look at custom framing and I found who I think was the manager Tara. Unbelievably nice and knew what exactly to say and knew where everything was. Easily will get a custom frame made by her.

My favorite place for craft supplies. Especially the Artist Loft Flow Acrylics. You truly wont find better sale prices anywhere else.

I accompanied my Granddaughters, both young adults to this store on a late evening and our experience was very nice. Although it was very near closing they still were very accommodating in helping them to find what they were looking for. We didnt feel rushed to decide because of timing and the lady was very professional. My experience will certainly lead me to shop at this particular store location again. So many empty shelves! Their selection has gotten very limited lately. I know it must be hard to know how much Christmas stock to carry. They dont want to have tons left after Christmas, but the selection was really sparse on 12/13.

Tons of craft supplies available at competitive prices. Sometimes it may take a few minutes to track down someone to help you, but if you are browsing or already know what you want, there is a great selection.

I like the bead selections and changing sales. They have items for a lot of different hobbies and that helps me when I want to just start off at learning something new. Most staff are very friendly and Im glad this store is in my town.

Great store with great prices! Get a rewards account, it will be worth it if you shop as an artist! They have sales all the time, and the rewards program will alert you so that you dont have to guess when things are on sale. Easy access from many directions...my Google Maps directed me in a back way which at first didnt make sense until I arrived.

I recently had a picture framed here at Micheal. I found my entire experience with them to be top notch. The associate that helped me was very friendly and very accommodating. We went through five different frames before choosing one that she showed me. The finished product look like something that would come out of a gallery. I am very happy with the service that I received and would use them again.

I know its a chain of art supply stores, but the people here do a great job at customer service and they have a very full inventory for the suburban artist who cant afford to go to niche shops down in Atlanta. Also, unlike some other hobby stores theyre open on Sunday and the owners dont care who marries who, nor do they illegally import archaeological artifacts. Hobby Lobby.

The employees are always really helpful and knowledgeable. Im a novice and they always help me find exactly what I need, and make great suggestions. However, I NEVER shop here without coupons because it can be a bit pricey.

This is a beautiful, clean store. Brian, a frame expert, is just that. He had great ideas and was patient as we tried many ideas. Our framed artwork will be cherished for many years to come.

This location has really gone downhill. Usually only one cashier is ringing up customers, even during peak hours. Products are disorganized. Its rare you can find an employee on the floor for assistance. Its a shame, because their staff is friendly.My biggest complaint isnt location specific. They are horrible about honoring coupons and sale prices. They will have a big sign in front of a rack and when you get up to the checkout you somehow magically have the one item exempt from sale pricing, despite it being like the other sale items and grouped with the. You go to use a coupon on a regular priced item, and youre told, oh, the coupon cant be used for x, y, or z. What good are sales and coupons when the company wont even honor them? It feels like a bait and switch.

Called the store to ask if they had a deep cut housing for a cricut. Mind you I have been to the store after work to see if they had it. Didn’t see it stocked walked out. (That was Saturday) I called today (Wednesday)asking if they had it so it wouldn’t be another waste of time going out there. I don’t understand the attitude that I got. I’m just asking if you carried it so I didn’t have to go to the same store and I could go to the Kennesaw location. If you are not a morning person don’t work in the morning! Got the same at Kennesaw when I called them. I had asked if they had it and the lady goes I can’t look I have a line growing....then why can’t you ask someone to look? It really can’t be just you working at the store. I have no idea what is going on but customer service is a zero. So now I’m back on the hunt.

Kind of a fun place to go, if youre into crafts and seasonal decorations. They also have a wide selection of picture frames and custom freaking options. This store even holds classes to learn more about creating.

I went to Michaels today to buy some stuff for Christmas. I could not find what I was looking for and was looking for an associate to help me. Had to go up to the front desk to ask for help. Still could not find anybody. There are no Associates on the floor to help anybody. I was so disappointed that there was no help and well probably not going back to Michaels in a long time

Editing my review to tell of the awful customer service that I experienced today. They refused to honor their sale listed on the sign. The sign didnt list any exclusions and the brand that I was purchasing was listed underneath the brands listed on sale, yet it took an argument on my part to get the discounted price. Not honoring a sale sign when the brand is clearly listed is bait and switch. After a few minutes of back and forth (including their refusal to bring the sign up front to show me where my brand wasnt listed), they finally gave me the discounted price. If there are any exclusions, they need to list it otherwise.As this happened, a woman to my left was arguing with a different cashier about returning an item evem though she had a receipt and it was under their return policy. Then came the argument of getting cash back for a debit card sale.Not to mention that the yarn aisle is always blocked with several carts. Its such a pain to navigate around since the carts take up the entire acrylic section. The store is constantly dirty as well.Ill stick with Hobby Lobby. The drive is worth the better customer service and actually sticking to the sale price. My advice is to not shop here.

Very busy because of holiday season. I personally think Hobby lobby has a wider selection of craft items. But together, both companies give a crafter a wider selection of crafting essentials, supplies and tools.

Everyone knows Michaels for their deals, and shouldnt expect any less from the store. Many items that were very fairly priced, and a wide variety of items for all sorts of arts and crafts.Make sure to get the coupon on their website ahead of time, and you will save yourself a bit of money.My only problems being the lack of available registers and wait time trying to check out.But, I would still recommend it for all your arts and crafts needs, due to the pricing, and frequent deals they have!

Everything then and some; I couldnt believe that this place had as many items for science experiments and other hobbies such as model cars and calligraphy.

Make sure the sale signs are correct before you buy. Other than that you can find most of your craft needs.

Love them. Only con is their shipping. I ordered shirts in May. They didnt have 2x and bigger so out of the 30 shirts I ordered to pick up, a few had to be shipped to store. I made shirts for this ladys party in June and noticed I was missing a few so i went to HOBBY LOBBY since they are closer to me. In August I get a call from Michaels (???) What for? They say I have a package to pick up. It was the shirts I order 2 1/2 months ago!! No wonder I had to go buy more. I had forgotten about these. I went to pick them up from the back and returned them in the front

I called a couple of days ago and had a bunch of questions about some cake products. I talked with a man named Aaron. He was patient and answered my questions. When I came in he happened to have been the one that waited on me. I was impressed. He showed me what I needed and even showed me some sales. And also gave me some ideas. I plan pn shopping with this store a lot more because of the great customer service he provided.

There are lots of craft things, home decorations, childrens science kits, and baking accessories here. It would be nice if things were easier to find with better labels or organization. Decent prices.

This Michaels store has friendly employees and is generally well stocked. Plenty of parking. The store is not visible from the road and is located between Best Buy and Pets Mart.
