I love the Paper Store and having been shopping there for years. Staff has been amazing with one exception. I was in the Hyannis store Saturday and purchased an item at full price. When I went back to my car I realized I had a coupon that I could apply to the item. I immediately returned the store to ask them to apply the discount. I was treated so rudely. I understand the policy where discounts cant be applied to past purchases. However, in this case it was minutes. The manager was so condescending and acted like she was doing me a favor. Honestly, I will never shop at that store again. One would think common sense would prevail in this case.

Well let me tell you about my experience.I live close to the Paper Store and have made many many purchases,However I will not be going anymore.I purchased the Harry Potter complete Castle with the extra charger and three interacting characters for my daughters family for Christmas 2019 .Her Mother in law purchased the same thing for her.I went to return them in the store and was told that they do not accept any Christmas Ornaments.They would not give a store credit either.I am very disappointed and so upset about losing 288.00 😞ELeanor BelidaN.Billerica, Mass
