The store is a little far from my old place, but was never hesitant to visit place (open 24 hours!). Good equipment generally. I wish they had a self-service machines, but overall had no issues with customer service.

Pharmacist is extremely rude and has a better than you attitude. Would never want to deal with this person in or outside of work. Shame on you.

Im really disappointed they shortened pharmacy hours. Ive needed to pick up medicine at 6am many times because I had no other chance during the day.

Great CVS. Clean, easy to find items, extended hours. They have a great beauty consultant, Sharon Hamel. She has recommended multiple products that I love, saving me $$$. The cashiers are pleasant and helpful. Wish I knew them all by name. Dipta is great. Great supply of COVID items like hand sanitizer, wipes, and masks.

CVS Minute Clinic for flu shots will make appointments for seniors (65+) without checking stock for high dose flu shots. Do not waste your time making an appointment, instead call the pharmacy and check that there may have it for walk-ins. However beware of long wait times on the phone. CVS has no business performing vaccinations if this is their service level

Update: pharmacist is very rude, not helpful, not solving customers issues, Very poor and rude customer service. I’m not sure if there is a manager who supervises them. Very discriminative people there at checkout counter.

The current layout is a nightmare. Gone are the old isles laid out in a perfect grid left to right. it now it looks like someone threw up a spaghetti dinner. Good luck finding anything. Oh and the parking is in the back for some god-awful reason. Won’t be going back.

I entered the store at 6:30 am (July 21). Few workers didnt wear masks, and a maintenance person, a painter, didnt have a mask as well.I quickly escaped the viruses, will never come back to this lousy store.(I wish there was as an option to zero stars, or an option to officially complain)

Have been a customer for a long time and find the staff prompt, attentive, and most helpful.

My son’s doctor prescribed an antibiotic for him. It turned out he has allergic to this one, but it was Saturday night so he saw another physician. The new physician sent the prescription to another CVS in the same town. Since that one was closed, I went to this location which is 24/7. She couldn’t help me at all. She said because the other CVS didn’t enter the record of him, so it’s not there. That CVS had been closed at 6:00pm, so of course they couldn’t do that because the prescription was given at 7:30pm! She said if it was on her system, she could help me but now she can’t! If it was there, it was her responsibility to do her job, but I don’t understand how they can not get the order if the database is the same! Patient profile is there, Doctor order is there, and it is obvious that the patient hasn’t received his med, so how come they can’t help! Is the location primary key in their database or is the patient code! It is really weird

Called a prescription in at 3:45, went to pick it up at 6:15 and its still not ready. She said we need another 15 minutes! Making it almost 3 hours to get a prescription. I wouldnt care as much but the girl even asked when do you want to get it, I said an hour she said great. Slowest med refill ever. Plus staff not so friendly.

The store as a whole is great. They have wonderful customer service. The pharmacy is extreamily difficult to deal with and gives false information to customers. I was told multiple different things by people relating to the same medication. There were pure lies and half truths and the actual pharmacist was inconsistent and untrustworthy in her words.

I went in with prescriptions to fill before their expiration date, these medicines I need on a daily basis. One prescription they didnt have enough of so they only partially filled it. They regularly dont have enough of this medicine. (Which is used for seizures, bipolar disorder, migraines, pain management.) When I went back to get the rest, (I never got a phone call telling me it was in) they told me it had expired. When they checked their records, they saw that they had filled the rest but put it back and couldnt fill it again. (Again, they never told me it was in.)

Terrible staff, rude and condescending, everything is over priced. And the wait times till refilling prescriptions or even just checking out the the register are ridiculous. Even if you had the scripts call in hours earlier it is at least an hour. And ALWAYS count the pills they will short you on pills if your not careful.I will drive farther next time to avoid the terrible staff

Definitely a 5 star flu shot experience! Pharmacist Sonia George administered a totally painless shot and I am not exaggerating. She is an expert! Took in both of my daughters for their flu shots too. Then we came out with $15 in coupons! Whats not to like?🙂🙂🙂

I went to this pharmacy on several occasions and on 2 different visits, I was treated very rudely by the pharmacist. Both times I was given an attitude and the woman told me if I was unhappy to speak to the manager. Unfortunately they hire miserable people who know nothing about customer service or even being polite for that matter. I will never go here again.

Open 24 hours in a place where no other business... very useful at night when you urgently need something. Downside is that a lot of the time what you want is the only brand out-of-stock or not available at all. Always quick and right on Route 2 and so is easy to access. No meat or bread however means that I sometime do 30 miles or more to get it at walgreens in framingham.

This was my 5 star favorite every time pharmacy. Over the last 3 visits however I am now feeling the need to go somewhere else. Ever since the overnight pharmacist Rick left The pharmacy has become infuriating in the overnight. Rick retired, I miss Rick. The guy that is usually there now is at least understandable, but I went in there tonight and this blonde lady completely refused my legitimate prescription at her personal discretion Regardless of the 10 years worth of data they have on me in there little computer system. Now I may be blowing off steam but whats the point of having that system, as well as me filling out all the legitimate paperwork for prior authorizations and such if she can simply turn me away at her discretion. Im sorry youre not a doctor, you dont get to tell me whats good for my heart and whats not, I visit a doctor every month to tell me my hearts just fine on this medication. And I go to file a legitimate complaint and all I get is a turn around where I cant do anything without her name. While Im not gonna go in there and ask her for her name giving her the hint that Im gonna make a complaint so she can make up a story and cover her ass. Ive looked into this, what she just did was practiced medicine, but she is not a physician. Total bullcrap. Thanks CVS, youve lost a customer, hello Walgreens

Had extra bucks for a personal care item. Was told could not be used for distilled water for my CPAP machine. How is that not personal care? Step it up, CVS!
