Alex is one of the leader workers out of Staples and in the print and copy shop he has always been there for us, including saving us hundreds of dollars over not choosing the wrong type of photos and making sure we always get the smartest choices. He has even come by our storefront to see how things are going! He is the reason our business will always be at Staples in Acton MA!!

This Staples is excellent. The sales people are always helpful but get more women. Its like Best Buy. Oh, this isnt Staples fault per say, but the printers they sell are junk. Youre better off going to Craigs List or elsewhere.

Decent location. However, when I went to checkout I handed the cashier a $10 coupon along with my items and they did not scan it.

I always have a great experience when I go to this location. I often need to make laminated posters for work, and the staff is very helpful. There is also a very quick turnaround on the product I order.(Not sure what Carol’s problem is, but perhaps she should try visiting the location herself instead of getting a second-hand account from her child! Apparently a person who has NEVER worked in retail in her life 😑)Once again, kudos to team Staples Acton!!!! 😁

I have been a customer of Staples of Acton for all of my small business, school supply & community volunteer needs! Alex, the Manager of the Copy & Print Center recently worked with us on a local Acton Be Kind Campaign to Celebrate Caroll Spinney, aka Big Bird locally. As a fellow Middlesex West Chamber member, he worked with us to offer discounts and great personalized service! Definitely a fan and appreciate having Staples local in Acton.

They do not honor the protection plans they sell here. My printer stopped working, so I brought it in. Even though I was well within the timeframe, they turned me away because they said the insurance company they were contracting with turned out to be horrible and they no longer work with them. I wound up having to ship it to New York just to have it looked at.

What is there to say. I have been assisted by the staff at Staples Acton for print materials (and more) and they are the best. They know the products and always provide great help and advice, stella!!

I came on march 2nd 2020 to get a zine printed of my poetry and the staff were lovely. When I thought it was the end of the world because my conversion to PDF messed up my document, an associate fixed it with ease. And when I had an odd request that every other page be upside-down, the print center catered to my whim and delivered expertly on my wishes. It was a little more expensive to have it printed as a booklet, for 13 copies of a 20 page booklet, instead of 130 pages not folded or stapled, but reasonably so, and it came out amazing. And it was finished much quicker than I had anticipated, which was perfect. I love my booklets and I will definitely be coming back for future copies.Everything about this process was like a dream come true. Ive always wanted to get my poetry printed in a book and they helped me attain that vision with amazing customer service and speed. I will forever be grateful for their service. When I came up to the desk to pick my booklets up, the associate did a low key dramatic reveal which I thought was excellent. To all the staff working that day, thank you so much. Ill never forget the wonderful service I got and Ill be sure to recommend Staples as a great place to get booklets printed.

Looking for notebook to store my online login and password information, as well as a couple of small storage bins to consolidate items in disarray in my living area.Mission accomplished in record time. Store is clean and organized, and staff are friendly and helpful.

Print and copy center.... my order which was urgent was brought in the day before I needed it, had not even been touched when I was to pick up. I was under a deadline. The young lady who was there did it while I waited... took an hour but she did a GREAT job!!!! Fire the order taker and give the money to the woman who did a great job!

I have gone to Staples Acton more often recently. Firstly I needed printing services. The gentleman who helped me a couple of times was friendly, responsive, quick, and technically astute.Each time I was at Staples Acton, there was a friendly someone at the entrance - not pushy but evidently ready to help if needed.I also recently got two $5 coupons in mail. Because of my recent positive experiences I decided to pop in to try to buy ink for my printer vs hopping on Amazon as I usually do. I think it’s good to use local business if a business earns it. The ink was same price as Amazon except, with my coupon, I got it for $5 less. Again for this visit, everything was perfect - plenty of employees around available if needed, and quick responsive friendly checkout.Being a teacher, I thought of two items that I needed a few days later and, instead of Amazon shopping, I decided to cash in my last $5 coupon. I quickly found one item I needed, and was beginning to poke around to find a second item that I knew would be tricky to find. Then a smiling employee appeared and asked if I needed help. She lead me to the product area right then. I grabbed and headed to checkout. I noticed that there were a few employees looking around to see if anyone needed help. When I got to the checkout line, two customers were being helped at two open registers. I was the 1st in line. An employee came quickly from another direction and called me to a third register - so no waiting in line for me. Again the prices were competitive and better due to my second $5 coupon. And again I had a quick friendly checkout.Congratulations to the Staples Acton employees and management. You’ve won over a new customer. Keep up the good work.And to those reading this review - no I was not recruited to write this review and no I don’t know anyone working at Staples Acton. I’ve been here several times and it’s always hit or miss weather the copiers are working, or if there’s somebody available to answer questions.Today, for instants, the automatic feeders on all the self-service copiers were not working and they wouldn’t be able to Scan the document I need until later this afternoon. Between traveling here, working with an employee to try and get the copiers to work and now trying to figure out where I can go to scan this, my morning has been wasted.

Some employees are great, some are very sub par. Its a shame that depending on what day you go in/whos working, you get variable service. If you have copy center jobs and need help, try to work with Alex, he will be your best bet for satisfactory work and assistance.

Alex was super professional and polite he works in the printing and marketing section of the store. He is the only person I will go to for all my Printing and marketing services! They definitely need to promote him to the highest level position in that store!!!!! :-) :-) :-)

I came in with a Windows 7 issue. Mikey at the IT department walked me through a bunch of different scenarios as to what my problem could be and pointed me in the right direction. If ever going to this store talk to Mikey at the IT department. His great customer service will meet you with a warm welcome and leaving you feeling very appreciated as a customer.--Roger

I had to talk to three resistances in order to have my printout and recipe. First guy went out before finishing the job. Second guy was too busy. The worst third guy at copy center ignored me and had to call him several time. - Few years agoAfter most recent visit, I updated to four star because all goes smooth.

Ive used the copy center a couple times to create some marketing material and they have done a fantastic job. Alex is the guy to go to there. He has a ton of experience.

While checking out they asked me to donate $5 to a backpack cause of some sort. Really?????

Copier worked great! There was a staff member available and not overwhelmed by huge printing tasks and he was able to answer a question for me.

Reliable, office supplies. Good staff.

Went to use their computer to print one page and it took 10 minutes, on my dime, to login to my email, get the pdf, load acrobat, and print. It’s like they intentionally use a slow computer to get more money from the users. Not to mention the slow boot time.

Slow, poor service. My son went for 1 copy of 200 pages of a black and white document at 4pm on a Saturday well before closing and was told there were too many people ahead of him to do the job. No one in the copy center was doing anything except standing around talking and the machines were not actively printing anything. Surely they hadnt run out of paper! Hire some employees who actually work.

They didnt have what i was looking for but the staff was very helpful either way
