Great staff I learned something new when I bought a special limited edition Christmas ornament.I didnt know you could buy the ornament that was on display.I love the boxes for gifts as well as the ribbons and other gift making items.

I like this store because of the great selection. The staff are nice, but unfortunately, Im now tired of the constant surveillance. A few visits ago, a young salesperson startled me by asking if I needed help and a basket(just in case I thought of stashing things in my pockets). I had just walked past her. During my last visit, there was the sudden arranging of shelves near me; even my boyfriend noticed. So, definitely not welcoming to POC.

Went here because they were closing the Maynard store which is a bit sad since its the original. This store is pretty big and very clean. Staff were very nice. My daughter was looking for some Ivory Ella. Yeah you can see they have it. I recommend this store.

The Paper Store has an interesting blend of clothing, jewelry, housewares, books, gifts and Hallmark items. Prices trend high, but look for sales and coupons if you join the incentive program. The staff is very helpful.

Every time you walk in the door youre bombarded with can I help you ? Although thats a nice sentiment it happens as you shop in the store and really gets obnoxious.

The store associate Victoria was extremely helpful and pleasant. She put in a little pitch for the store as well. How good it was to work there. I will shop there again and recommend it to others. Very nice Paper Store.

Large selection; friendly, helpful staff. Parkimg lot out front. Getting in and out of the lot can be difficult on weekends and at rush hours. But I always stop in and frequently walk out with something.

Its not what you think. It has clothing, jewelry, gift items. Sports shirts for men and women. Lots of things for children too. It is a very pleasant store.

The paper store is always a great shopping experience whether youre looking for something specific or just out there to buy a gift. Great choices, nice quality and prices are reasonable.

I can always find the perfect gift at this store...what a selection!! Recently I found a gift for my nephew online and the ladies at this store were so helpful. They found the book in the store for me and another clerk went to the storeroom to find the card game! Ill be returning!!

I visited the Paper Store (Acton, Mass Ave) this morning around 10AM to find a gift for my sister as congratulations for passing the NCLEX (nursing exam!) We were greeted by a wonderful woman who helped us find two nursing related gifts for her. She was so kind and genuinely excited when I told her who the gift was for. I wish I had gotten her name to include in this review but I hope that management can figure out who she is because she was such a ray of sunshine. The world needs more people like that in the world. Sometimes even brief interactions like that can make someone’s day. I’m so proud of my sister and to have someone be so excited for her too was so special. Please find this woman and thank her again for us! She deserves it! 🤗❤️
