I worked with Sam at the Acton store. He was incredible. Service, patience, knowledge was A-1. Have purchased other phones here- service and experience is so far above the Verizon stores in the malls and elsewhere.
I contacted Verizon in Acton regarding a phone upgrade thats going to happen next week, and Dee (the best customer service person in the universe) talked me through how to use Samsung Smart Switch.FANTASTIC customer service!
Dee is a STAR! Ive had several issues with connecting my Android phone to my laptop, and Dee has been 200% helpful. Shes friendly, very knowledgeable, and very willing to find a resolution to my problem. Im always anxious when I have to go to the Verizon Wireless spot in Acton, and always happy when I see that Dee is behind the desk. THANK YOU, Dee!

Helping through a transition from another carrier to Verizon, I would like to recognize Greg Santiago. From beginning to end he showed a great knowledge of Verizon’s products, was very easy to deal with and was very patient waiting for me to get all the information he needed to transfer service. He was also able to assist other costumer as well. I would like to congratulate Verizon, for choosing to hire Greg. Calm and very personable he offered the best service I have experienced in a long time and is a great representative of what customer service should be.
I had 2 problems with my phone. It would not ring for me to receive calls and my Touch ID would not work.KFirst, I went to the Verizon Store in Concord. I was told that the ring issue was a problem with my speakers(burned out) and couldn’t be fixed. The Touch ID was an issue with Apple phones and was no longer being used. We talked about my insurance and I was going to call to see if this issue(speakers) was covered.When I got into my car, I wasn’t convinced that the technician had not given my issues any time (maybe I was there for a few minutes), so I decided to try the Verizon Store in Acton. I presented both issues to the technician, Sam, and within 5 minutes, he had fixed both, and saved me spending time,unnecessarily, with the insurance company, Assurion, or possibly looking into a new phone. Today, Sam is my hero. What a difference an earnest, caring technician makes. Thank you, Sam.
My phone had broken and I was unable to order a new phone online with out access to my mobile text messages(A verification code is sent to you old phone to confirm identity before a new phone can be ordered). Because of the Corona outbreak, I was relieved to find that the Verizon store was still open and the employee working and the customers inside were exercising safe social distancing precautions.Greg, the gentleman working, was clear and concise when helping me decide which phone/case to pick and even let me look at(not touch of course)his personal phone case when I expressed interest in that model. He helped me set up the phone and restore a backup. I was out of there in no longer than 15 minutes.I have never been a big fan of the bloated corporate Verizon behemoth. That being said, my experience with a polite, capable Verizon employee has got me looking at the Verizon company in a more positive light.

I had an excellent experience yesterday. In the middle of the pandemic and my phone died 😖 Greg was great - getting the new phone up and running in less than an hour. I so appreciate that he was there and working during this time of crisis when so many people are at home.
I had at one time had a positive experience and with my recent phone as it is,unfortunately my opinion has changed. The phone is inferior. Cant even make a call unless I restart the phone every time.
Kayla has excellent customer service. Ive been a customer at the Acton store for a couple years now, I never had an issue with my service. I love that they care about getting you the right plan that works for you.
I actually enjoyed the time I spent in store upgrading. Dave introduced me to my awesome Samsung Saturday 6. He was fun to work with and he covered all the details thoroughly. A good experience.
Only one person on staff so there was a bit of a wait, but the sales person was very helpful and personable. He helped make the experience more enjoyable.
Went to pick up a phone ordered from Verizon. Kayla, ( not sure if she gave the correct name but the day she was working is Wednesday, July, 10th at approximately 7pm) the csr lack professionalism. To receive the product she stated I needed to sign and proceeded to explain a 14 day policy. As I started to read the information on I noticed it spoke of a 2 year contract I proceeded to ask about that and instead of explaining this is standard on the receipt she said- well you cant leave here without signing it so do whatever. I was extremely appalled at her tone with the response and ask her to not speak to me in this manner. She then went on to b rude- arm folding and extremely unprofessional when all I was doing was asking a question. When she realize her behavior was uncalled for she retorted I gave her attitude since I walked in. I was extremely surprised as we barely exchanged words before then.This person should not b directly interacting with customers. I wanted to purchase a case .but because of her attitude I decided to go to staples instead.
Went to change a plan and port in a number from another carrier. Chris was extremely helpful dealing with corporate Verizon. Walked out with both phones working on the right plans. Thanks!!

Disappointed to wait forty-five minutes to be told they couldnt help me with a simple billing question. Might want to remind DAVE that it is bad form to ask customers tens on his survery evaluations. Tasteless customer service from store where I have experienced better. No one waiting in that line was amused.

Usually I hate trips to the Verizon store because they entail hours of waiting and poor attitudes from the associates. After going to the store in Acton I literally had the polar opposite experience, while there was a wait Dave acknowledged my presence and later helped me not only resolve my Verizon bill facilitated me in getting a Samsung Galaxy S7!
A complete waste of time. Three visits and no solution to my issue will never step foot in the store again will drive far to go to a real store. Visit one told them I lost my phone they gave me a website to go home and google turns out that is for insured smart phones. Mine was neither which they would have known if they asked. Second visit wanted to purchase new phone and put it on plan but did not have the password with me. On the third visit return with the user name the password and security code on the account nope no dice I needed to have the billing password. Here is a tip next time try telling the customer what the hell they need before making them keep coming back and do not tell them to just call some number when they just told you that they lost their phone. Employees could not have cared any less. I hope the store goes out of business and I will never do business there
I walked into the Verizon store on main st in Acton with a complex problem and I found Ariana the Store manager and Stowe which were very friendly and solve my problem in no time. I am so please they are in my town with welcoming smiles.
I have been a customer of Verizon wireless for over two decades. I have been to multiple go wireless location in massachusetts. They were just ok but I have the best service at the Acton location. I have been there more than I have wanted to in the past. Today I received the best service ever by Kayla and Mary mostly Kayla. I came in at 3:00 pm and left by 6:00 pm and you say why? Not because of them but because it took me that long to make a decision (Greek good with Math) on what to do after they explained all my options and they explained them over and over with no frustration. 2 hour into my visit I finally made a decision. Iphone 7😀! I also have to mention they served so many customers while I was there people that new me. It was a pleasure watching them multiple task while helping me. I went to this store yesterday, at which I have bought three phones, to inquire about an unusual charge on my latest bill. The employees, while friendly, were unable to explain my bill to me. How can this be? They would not even call Verizon billing in order to get an explanation for me. Very frustrating.
Stowe was very helpful in setting up my new phone.

Unenthused employees were not eager to help and did not solve my problem. They offered solutions that did not make any financial sense and left me in the same position that I was in when I first arrived at the store.
