Good experience over all. I felt like delivery should have been done over the weekend instead of the following week. Maybe I’m just cranky because I don’t have my new bed yet. The guy that helped us out did a great job at giving me all of the information needed in order to make an educated decision. Jay was efficient and informative.

We were so lucky to be helped by Jason, who was so informative and applied zero pressure. My 15 year old really took his time trying everything - a new bed is not a small purchase… 50 percent off and a free frame made it doable. We went out to the car, comparison shopped, and then went back in to make our purchase. It is a gift to be able to buy something significant without any regrets. Jason made that possible!

I walked in looking for a mattress I had in mind. The salesman (Edwin), was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and then some. I wound up leaving with a completely different mattress based on his recommendation for our needs. I was pleased with his recommendation compared to what I went in there to purchase. No pressure what so ever and I took my time going back and forth between a couple of mattress’s.The mattress will be delivered by the end of the week! I’ll post another review in a few weeks after we’ve had a chance to try it out.

Had great service at Acton’s Mattress Firm today. Called early in the day to check availability of a standard twin mattress and wanted pick-up instead of delivery. Jay checked stock, sent me a link to finalize order remotely through their store (took about 7 minutes start to finish), and had the mattress ready when I arrived several hours later to pick it up. Seriously the easiest and fastest mattress buying experience I’ve ever had! Would definitely recommend them!

I received excellent assistance from sales person, Edwin. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products in the store and helped me find the best mattress for me.In addition, delivery was made possible the next day, arrived right on time by pleasant, careful people.

Edwin spent considerable time with me over the phone today helping me decide on a mattress in our price range, on sale, and able to arrive before a specific date. He was patient and offered ideas to meet my buying needs without being pushy. I would buy mattresses from here again because of his responsiveness. It’s a tremendous convenience to be able to speak directly to someone knowledgeable that works in the store nearest me especially when COVID-19 deters face to face shopping.

My 96 year old mom needed a new bed and Edwin, the new manager there, was fantastic. No pressure, respectful of budget, and when there was a delivery problem with the one she chose, he found her another one that fit the bill, and was even a little cheaper. The delivery guys were awesome, on a rainy day, right on time and set up & cleaned up the plastic wrappings. Great, easy experience!

Alan was terrific ... after placing us on 3rd different mattresses to find our comfort level, he showed us every type of mattress: coil/traditional, hybrid, full memory foam, so we could understand all the feels and comfort possibilities!We purchased a Jennings hybrid and so far it has been amazing. Alan did a great job helping us figure out what would work best for our situation. We were buying a new mattress for our guest room and he showed us the way thru a lot of mattresses! Budget was an issue so that helped to narrow the field and Alan found us one I think our guests will appreciate. Hes a very nice man!!

The people came and did an ok job with the delivery. BUT. They said they could not take the frame .. they then said they would do me a favor and take the frame. But. They left it outside near the door. Im in an apartment building. Im on the 3rd floor and I have a disability. I cant bring it in here or get rid of it. They had no business taking it and then leaving it. Its called unlawful dumping. Once they took it, its their responsibility.

My wife and I visited the Acton store about seven weeks ago to possibly buy three mattresses for our new condo. We were greeted by Mr. Alan Greenberg who listened to our needs and discussed with us the two brands we had researched on the internet the day before. He inquired as to whether either of us had any back, neck or leg problems which we both did have. He suggested not to buy a traditional box spring but instead consider an adjustable lift that was remote controlled and could help with our back leg and snoring problems. He had us test it in store and we decided the adjustable back and leg features were definitely a benefit for us.Alan’s product knowledge was very impressive and his low key manner reduced any anxiety my wife and I may have had beforehand. There was no high pressure salesmanship displayed at anytime. As it turned out we purchased thethree mattresses and two adjustable box springs that same day from Alan.The delivery was on time, the two men were very courteous and the entire process from the time my wife and I walked into the store through the delivery was seamless. After this plainly rude and unwelcoming service I decided to shop at Sleep Number in Burlington instead of this filth.
