Overall - good shop, no surprises, responsive and professional folks. I had a foggy window and asked for quotes the nearest glass shops. Some did not even bother responding. This shops quote was the most competitive and the measurements and installation were done on time as promised. Took around a month to produce the glass but in my case they provided the timelines and set the expectations up front.

I had a very Old large storm window /frame that was damaged and C&D came and picked up the pieces and repaired the panel. They came and installed it and saved me a lot of money. Great service and very nice people. Will gladly use their services again.

Had them cut and polish a couple small pieces of glass for an entertainment center. Only a small job but they were friendly, prompt, and professional. Will definitely use again. Thanks.

I have been filling my glass needs here since 1979. I dont need glass often, but over the years Ive had storm windows repaired, mirrors made, shower doors installed, picture frame glass cut and even a circular 10in wall clock crystal made. Work and service have always been 100% professional. When I have needed quick turnaround I have always gotten it. Of course I never say I need it fast if I dont.No, they dont have a latte machine in their showroom. If you want a latte, go to starbucks. If you need glass, go here.

This is the worst company, worst service, worst customer service in the Boston/Concord/Acton Area!!! They canceled the measurement appointment several times. When I called them, the person (Kim) on the phone was extremely rude and hang up the phone. Be warned, dont hire any service from them, there are plenty of alternatives in the area.

We had a glass shower door installed. There was a discrepancy with the finish of the hardware. I called and spoke to a very nice woman who helped resolve the issue. They came back to replace the handle and hinges. They were pleasant and did a great job. Love our shower door and would use them again.

I ordered a small plastic shelf on Saturday and they had it ready in about 15 minutes. I dont know about bigger orders but I was really pleased that they could process this quickly. Cost me $7.

Do NOT do business with this company. We placed a custom glass order worth more than $1000 and made a 50% deposit with delivery and installation expected within 4-6 weeks. That was in mid-June so that we would have the glass to enclose part of our porch before the cold weather hit. It has now been 14 weeks and still no glass. Never a phone call or email from them to let us know of or to explain the delays. My husband had to call or email them every time. Today, he was connected to the owner who proceeded to blame the current delay on a request for tempered glass we never made. That was put in an earlier contract by the person who came out to measure. I called later to confirm that windows will (hopefully) be delivered within two weeks and to demand some compensation. I was also connected to Cal, the owner, who only after a very stressful conversation agreed to a token amount and never apologized. He was incredibly rude. Never accepted responsibility - always blaming his suppliers or us. THEN...not half an hour after I spoke with him he had his office manager (the only reasonable person in their company) call me back to tell me there is suddenly a glass shortage and he cannot get the panes in the size we need to fit the custom frames he reports to have already had made. They are canceling our order and issuing us a refund.

I would like to give a zero star rating if I could. The attitude of an older lady in the shop was terrible even the shop ruined all my three wall size mirrors.We sent three wall size mirrors (all about 60 inches x 44 inches each) to cut at C&D Glass Company. I told the front desk lady and the gentleman who took the mirrors from our truck that all three mirrors would need to be cut only from one side each (the damaged side) to reach 35, 39, and 43 inches, respectively, while leave other sides untouched. I also marked 35 inches, 39 inches, and 43 inches respectively on each mirror. However, the shop made mistake and cut all three mirrors into square (35x35, 39x39, and 43x43). When I pointed out the mistakes, instead of offering to replace my mirrors, an older lady at the shop refused to refund me the $75 I paid for cutting the mirrors and demanded me to leave the shop immediately. She insisted on that the shop had cut the mirrors and I was not allowed to stay in her shop to argue for that. She run closely in front of me and yelled to me to leave, very rudely !!!I noticed that the front lady only wrote three sizes as I gave her on the work order but forgot to wrote down only cut one side of each mirror. With only a number on the mirrors, the shop automatically assumed the mirrors should be cut into squares. They had my phone number, but no one called me to clarify how to cut them at all. There was a big disconnection among the people in the front desk and workshop !!! The front desk lady refund me $75 after noticing her missing information.We will have to spend $500 to order new mirrors and I was insulted by the older lady in the shop for their mistake.Please learn my lessons and beware of the potential damages when working with C&D Glass Company.

The older women in the shop was scary and mean to the point I decided not to do business with them.
