Bright appliance diagnosed the problem with my washing machine. It needs a new motor. I am currently waiting to hear from them that they have found one that fits my machine.

Peter was responsive and helpful and fixed my leaky washing machine when I needed it. Its been about 2 months since, and Ive had no problem with it. Im writing this review now as Im about to call him to fix my leaky refrigerator. I highly recommend.

I had contacted Bright Appliance Repair to come take a look at our fridge as it had stopped working randomly one day. He did come that same day and charged a $122 fee for the visit and told us he would need to order two parts which would be in 3-4 days later. I asked how much it would cost since we were weighing our options to buy a new fridge or just repair this one. Since the cost was much less than buying new, we decided to hang on for a few more days without the fridge since he would be back in 3-4 days. Well we called on day 3 to get an update and he said 1 part was still en route. Day 4 (Friday) he didn’t call. We called on Saturday and they were closed for the entire weekend. Fed up, we just purchased a new fridge that Sunday to be delivered the next day. Mr.Bright finally called us OVER TWO WEEKS LATER to let us know the parts were in. We have two small children that need milk, etc... the fact that he didn’t keep us updated or anything is beyond unprofessional! I wouldn’t give this company my business ever again.

I was in a bind because my washing machine broke down 3 days before I was going away for 6 weeks and there was a pool of water in the tub that wouldnt drain. I called Peter Bright, and he fit me in to an already very tight schedule and fixed my washer. What is even more remarkable is that, though I had done business with him decades before, we didnt know each other, as I havent been a regular customer. But I am now! Thank you, Peter, for the exceptional service. I really appreciate it!

Our fridge was leaking from a tricky spot and Peter was able to fix it. He returned 4 times (without complaint!) in order to get it right. We really appreciate his persistence!

Replaced failed icemaker. Quick, responsive, Peter knows his stuff. Very reasonable charge. Ive had service before and I very strongly recommend.

We have used Peter from Bright Appliance a number of times. What I really appreciate about him is his genuine authenticity and absolute knowledge of his work and business. He often already knows what a solution to my issue is just by me giving him information over the phone. A few times he saved me the time and expense of having a repair person come out by troubleshooting over the phone. When we have needed a repair, he takes the time to make sure that all is well again with our appliance. I believe his rates are fair. He is and will continue to be my go to person for appliance repair. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Pete always returns calls. Even when my VM was full and not accepting calls he tracked me down via my landline. He comes when he says he will and if he has to come back he does so as soon as he receives the part that he needs to complete the job. He has always diagnosed my appliances problems correctly and his prices are competitive. Hes personable, respectful, and trustworthy. A+ service for the last 15+ years.

Unresponsive in communications. Failed to disclose his rate when we called to make an appointment. Rude and angry when we asked him at the scene. Not recommended.

My Kenmore Elite dishwasher stopped working. I called Sears but they were over a week out. Called Peter and he came out that same day, replaced the pump for a fraction of what a new one would cost. Beyond grateful- thank you!

Hands down the best service provider in our area. Fair prices and very friendly service tech. If you dont use this company you are missing out on quality service at a great price.

We have used bright appliance for years. I had an issue with my stove and had people coming to dinner the next night. He put us on his scedule even though he was full stayed untill 7 pm to fix our issue. Great service from a caring company.

Peter helped us get our Refrigerator back up and running after recent storm damage caused a power surge. He was professional from the minute he arrived and was able to make the repairs while keeping the costs under our budget. I will use him again and highly recommend his services.

Pete came out and replaced the main board in our GE refrigerator which initially seemed to fix the problem we were having (freezing fresh food). A few days later the touch screen stopped working. I called Pete and explained the issue and he said he would do some research. I’ve since called and left messages at least four times over several weeks without a response. Now the food is freezing again. $300+ down the drain. Would absolutely not recommend Bright Appliance.

Just wanted to share my positive experiences with Pete over the years as he has kept our appliances in good operating condition. Hes always been there for us when repairs were needed.
