Showed up to see a car from online, noticed that every car on the lot was way over priced, no such thing as “COVID pricing” it’s just an excuse for dealers to screw you out of money. When I got here, the only person I was able to talk to about the car was about 12 years old…. I was trying to negotiate with a 12 year old about the purchase of a vehicle. Very unprofessional and definitely will not be buying anything from here

Got the pleasure of working alongside Alex for the purchase of my dream vehicle. Not only was he respectful & professional, but he also went above and beyond his own time and measures to assure I was comfortable with the buy. Spectacular is an understatement were talking about this place. Alex was so communicative as well as kind & honest. Let me just emphasize on doing your homework before you buy a car. Get a PPI especially during the COVID prices. Everything is overvalued so dont put your money into a car that needs too many fixes. Does not have to be mechanical, if you are not handy even a paint job can be a lot of work. So make sure you do a PPI cause the little things can start adding up. Also, window shop a lot. There are some decent cars on the lot, but as come reviews have pointed out, there are some in bad conditions like ones that are basically just shells. I highly suggest a PPI as many of the cars on the lot are not stock cars with OEM parts. You do not want headaches down the road when you realize the aftermarket parts are funky and you are outside of the warranty window. Do not try to save the few hundred it costs for a PPI, it will save you in the long run. They are salesmen at the end of the day, know what you are buying. Do not rely on the ones selling you the item to be truthful or know enough to educate you. Also, pay the $30 for a Carfax. You can run the VIN for free and come up with no accidents but Carfax does a very good job pulling up accident reports. Spend the extra money upfront if you are serious about the car. Do not try to save it, especially with a used car dealer.

Absolute bottom of the barrel dealership. personable owner/salesman but an absolute clueless mess when it comes to the junk he has for sale. Buddy sells cars with screws in the terminals instead of replacing the $3 terminals like any decent dealer would. Avoid all dealers in this area

I bought a 2007 Nissan maxima from these guys last August. I called them within a month of purchase with questions about the transmission running high rpms. I was told that is normal because that is how that specific transmission runs. Although going any faster than 65mph was a problem at the time, I was reassured.Six months later I was having problems getting the car over 30mph, so I took it to a mechanic who told me that the 2007 Nissan Maxima transmission IS a very specific transmission that nobody will work on. And even if I found a replacement, most mechanics wouldnt touch it anyway.... so THANK YOU South Shore Auto Gallery, for a lemon... zero stars

From the time I had my first interaction with the salesmen and sales manager was so pleasant. It was very easy and pleasant to agree on a price,and some issues with the car we chose. They reassured me everything would be addressed right away . And it was ... our positive experience was an understatement . Though I did not purchase a car from here and still looking, the salesman that was there today was nice and knowledgeable. Explained things in detail and was honest on not knowing if the bank would let me get another auto loan because I currently have one open. Overall good experience, they have a good selection of imports. If you are into imports definitely check them out! Thank you guys!

Purchased a vehicle from here a little over 2 months ago. I am giving 2 stars because the sales person was very nice and helpful. However, after 1300 miles, the vehicle needs an engine replacement, 5th gear grinds, the passenger door doesnt always unlock, the driver side door latch is loose, there are clicks in the suspension, and the cigarette lighter ports lost power. I was quoted over $3000 for a motor swap alone, nevermind the transmission work. Please do not make the same mistake I did. Do research and buy a car from a reputable dealer. It will save you alot of time and money.

They tell you things then try to act like they forget what they said. A sales man told me if I bring all cash they will take off the price. I bring the cash the next day and the manager says he won’t take any money off and the salesman never repeats what he said. Then after I buy the car they tell me I can pick the car up in the morning it’s noon and they aren’t telling me when I can get my car. They are very unprofessional and they tell you things just to make a sale
