The experience with this company was great until the home purchase was completed. After buying the home they choose to ignore their customers and do not follow through. I bought a home 8 months ago and am still waiting for the company to come fix the damages that occurred in the move and to skirt the house. I have been calling for months to get someone to come out and always give me the same run around. “The person who can help is out of the office and will give you a call back”. The times I have gotten dates scheduled for repairs the repair man is a complete no show without so much as a courtesy call saying he will reschedule or can’t make it. I highly advise taking your business elsewhere.

They manufacture a quality product, 2x6 framing, 5/8 plywood tong grove sub floor, double pane / flip window for cleaning .. ect. Very impressed with, although it is more $ ?but the difference in there product compared to many other competitors. There best all.

They are the nices people to deal with i bought a DW wow i got a deal on it am so happy cant wait to move in

Worst customer service Ive ever dealt with. Got approved and was ready to finalize the deal. ADAM has yet to send me the documents needed to complete it. No phone call.. no nothing.. I was so looking forward to purchasing from them. Great house. But the rest was horrible. Dont waste your time. They dont care about their customers at all. Made my purchase at Oak Creek. Solitaire.. never again!!!

I don’t even want to give this place one star. My husband and I are very displeased with the entire experience that is now taking up to almost four months. Don’t come here.

We were helped by the inventory manager Cory, he was very helpful, professional and extremely friendly. He walked us through the building process and showed us many homes. We had other opportunities present themselves to us so we didnt buy from solitaire this time but I can say they are very well built homes and much higher quality then their competitors, the staff was extremely friendly and informative. I will recommend them in the future andsuggest if your in the market, please consider stopping at solitaire first, the quality and staff cant be beat. -samuel

We stopped at Solitaire to see what this manufactorer offered. We spoke with Cody, the representative working there at the time. We told him that we werent yet in the market for a home.This didnt bother Cody a bit. He showed us features that Solitaire offers, and accompanied us to several models located in the sales area. Cody enthusiastically answered our questions when we had them. He was knowledgeable and seemed enthusiastic about Solitaire Homes, without being overly pushy to sell, sell, sell.Our first impression was very positive with the Solitaire Homes dealership in Abilene

I saw a home in their lot while driving on the interstate. It was a cute, small home with a porch on the end. I called and simply wanted to know how much the home is because we are considering a second mother in law house on our property. The gentleman refused to give a price over the phone and insisted we needed to come in and look at it first. Well, i will just take my business somewhere else. Typical salesman.

Please do not buy from these people they promised me the home I paid for that I chose the colors and everything and then I called them wanting my home and then I got the substitutePlease bear in mind I tried to call them and they avoided my call let it ring and ring customer service is awful they did not want to talk to me because they knew they were in the wrong do yourself a favor and buy from somewhere else they never even apologized or said they were sorry
