I visited this location on January 14, 2021 to purchase new shoes for my Daughter. I was never greeted by any of the 3 associates on duty although they all looked at me upon entry. After standing around for 5 minutes and waiting for someone to assist me, I was finally approached only to be told I had to wear a mask in order to shop in the store. They couldnt provide me with one, so I happily left and made my purchase at Finish Line. Whenever I frequent this store, customer service is always cold and they act like they barely want to assist you or either they are scrolling on their phones. I am very critical on good customer service and this location just doesnt have it. They lost a sale this day and a long standing customer

If I could leave 0 stars on this store I would . Staff is rude and unhelpful towards customers, most times they either stand around and just look at you or they disappear to the back leaving customers in the store with no help . Poor customer service is no service at all .

I have come here a few times to get my son Jordans and recently basketball shoes. This store has zero customer service you literally have to find someone to ask for help and they are usually on their phone. This store has got to be the filthiest Mall of Abilene stores I have ever been at...they never clean the floors and the benches are so filthy we couldnt sit down to try on shoes. Whoever owns this store please go in and clean house...I will be buying my sons shoes online from now on.

They need have respect for others people and that will be nice and help people if having seuirez they dont need just standing there look at people and laugh that is wrong thing to do help them out

I have been in this store 3 times and can never find a salesperson. No one is ever on the floor I have left without buying shoes and have just walked next door to journeys

I was at this location tuesday the 6 th of november needing to buy some shoesand there were 4 people working not one ask me if i needed help they were just there to be there so definitely if i ran that store maybe you should check on your employees more were there just don’t stand around and do nothingneedless to say i went to finish line and bought 2 pairs of shoes so never again will i ever stop at this location again hope your employees make your company money just standing around not talking to customer good job byyour hiring staff you have some top picks there
