They always have really good cells and really good selection of shoes this is where Id rather swap in Abilene than anywhere

Workers are overworked for sure for tax free weekend but honestly theyre keeping the place stocked and pretty orderly! Workers are very helpful and all the kids got some pretty cute shoes for all the kiddos! Friendly staff

They have a good selection and you can find deals but they should warn you this is a self service store. The associated when asked a question can only say its over there and point. I work on customer service and this is unacceptable. For that reason I literally dread going into that store.

Ordered shoes online because they didn’t have the size in stores! I wait 2 whole weeks for the shoes to come in and the little high school girl stillllll ordered a men’s shoe when those were already in stores!! We don’t live in Abilene and they did NOTHING to help us!!

I found the shoes I needed! My brother that is a long haul trucker was going to pay for them via-the phone! As he has no other way to buy them for me they would not even try to find a way to get the sales. They could have called their corporate office. And gave some effort to help.. I did go elsewhere and they were very willing to help. He gave them everything they asked for sort of blood..I will pass the word at their unwillingness to go that extra step.

Only came since Payless shut down. Overpriced REG. shoes. Have a child thats in adult shoes and so its unnecessary to have to pay their prices if Im having to replace faster. Guess walmart it is.

We went to buy kid’s shoes and a sales associate walked by and said shoes were buy one get one half off then we got up to the purchase counter and the lady said “oh, that sale was the last half hour” and would not give us a discount. We were there a total of 15 minutes. That place runs scams like a used car lot
