Dont bother buying school supplies here. Save your money and buy school supplies at Walmart or Target especially when theyre on sale. Same goes for school textbooks unless you are renting. If you are in a rush and need supplies right away then sure pay there I guess. Only buy school pride items but only when they have their sales. They have small snacks to purchase there and are better priced than other places on campus.

Great place to walk, and window shop when youre arent doing the real thing. Its good for that too.

The workers are unfriendly. One hovered while I was browsing and stared at me for a long time. This was really awkward and I didnt buy anything because of it. Theres only been one time Ive been in there that a worker seemed to be in a good mood. I could understand if it was busy, but it never has been when Im in there. Maybe theres a reason why theyre all in a bad mood. I almost never complain in my reviews but I always dread going in here.

As an alumn, I always try to shop here when in Abilene. Wish they had a wider selection of items. (They seem only dedicated to students spending.)

McMurry recently made some changes to their bookstore. The layout is much easier to shop, the merchandise is neatly organized, and the store has a more inviting atmosphere, in general.
