These people are so sweet and they have the cutest selection in town. I was running behind and arrived at the store right after closing. I was in need of a gift card for a baby shower. As I was leaving they unlocked the door and offered to help me even though it was after hours!! It was incredibly kind of them and they will always get my business now. I just wanted to take a minute to share how AMAZING this company is, especially the woman who helped me, Shelley! My package got sent somewhere else by accident, and I received someone elses. It happened to be an important Xmas gift for my daughter, an expensive wooden baby doll crib. They couldnt locate my package, but they were receiving more, and Shelley ensured me they would get another one out to me right away, and thats exactly what happened! She was so kind and genuinely cared about my situation. Because of that, I was more than happy to offer to get the package I received by mistake out to the right address because I knew it must have been someones Xmas gift as well. Little Giant Kidz has the best customer service Ive ever experienced! We live in Atlanta and were on the hunt for a specific Schleich tractor and couldnt find one anywhere. I found Little Giant Kids and they went out of their way to find what seemed like a needle in a haystack and called and texted me to let me know they had one for my three year old just in time for Christmas.

I went to check out the new Little Giant Kidz today. The staff was incredibly friendly. I observed one staff member demonstrating how to use a new stroller to some expectant parents. Another staff member offered an expectant mother a page to sit and bottle of water while she worked on her registry. They have cloth diapers, furniture for big kids, and some really cute backpacks, lunchboxes, ands nap mats. So glad to have a local store to fill the void of Kids Village absence (and with many more options for my no-longer-babies, too)!

All of the staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. I have shopped for a few registries here and every time I have a exceptional experience. I LOVE their stroller and car seat selection since you can put your hands on them to test them. No where else in town has car seat technicians to help with installation. This place is a MUST for new parents.

This company is beyond amazing. The customer service we got was truly incredible. Theres a reason we cam all the way from Little Rock AR to Abilene, Tx to order a crib. We ordered a king bed from sleeping giant several years ago and the owners took great care of us then. Once again when something went wrong with this order they went above and beyond again. Lets just say when I decide to order more furniture I will be going back with a Uhaul.

This store is dangerous for your bank account. There is so much stuff in here for babies and children that you could convince yourself you need almost everything you see for your life to function with kids. The staff is so friendly! They offered to bring me a stroller to set my car seat in instead of me carrying my infant around. Also helped me figure out hot to install a buggy board to my stroller. Just overall a great place to visit for all things for your mini.

Very impressed with the changeover from kids village. Staff was very friendly when I went to check out the new store. Most of the same brands but some wonderful new additions as well. I have made most of my childrens large purchases from kids village even though I live in San marcos, and I will definitely continue to do so.

I am so disappointed. I did my baby registry here (which took a good while) My mother in law was told I had only picked out a few things and no clothing. This was not the case. I had picked out several outfits. When I went in to find out what was going on, I was told they started doing the registries different....and basically had lost my sheet of handwritten items. VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! The only way I found out about this was just because my mother-in-law wanted to purchase a couple of outfits. I had to re-do my registry on my lunch break and was super rushed.I also ordered bedding and as of today I am still waiting on the correct sheets to come in . (which I have already paid for)

Im suprised at the number of people who had bad experiences here! Ive only been a couple of times, but the staff were very helpful. I stop at Kids Village on trips away from visiting family in Midland. Its about two hours away, so its a perfect time to feed and change my baby. I love that there is a stocked changing table in there so I dont have to worry about trying to change him on a dirty convienence store bathroom floor, and I can sit comfortably and feed him without feeling rushed. They have always been willing to help me find what I was looking for, or to help me try out the sample baby carriers. I like that they have several brands/types (like diaper covers or baby baths) so you can look at options in person. I wish I lived closer so I could shop here more often!

A bit pricey, but they have a great selection and were very helpful. Plus they have a 10% military discount one day a week (I think Wednesdays).

Just about any baby/toddler need is in here. It’s all a bit over priced in my opinion but there are some things you wouldn’t find in a chain store, so that’s a nice change. Staff was friendly.
