Had a great experience in the store in the rental of my sons Viola. Had a string put in that broke at no cost. Excellent, professional, and caring repair technicians in house. Huge and complete shop in the downstairs to operate on wood, brass, or percussion.

Very friendly people working there. I loved that we got a tour of the facilities while someone else was calculating the trade in value of the instruments I brought with me. The pricing on the used instruments was fair and competitive to some other companies.I thought it was incredible that they could take in a dead instrument and make it look brand new. Their process is thorough.I would highly recommend them for your next instrumental needs.

Renting my 10 year old daughters Cello from Taylors Music service is so easy to work with and Sizing up was easy too! I was telling my friend about the great service and she said they were renting 3 instruments from them and has also been so please with the service! They are easy to work with and speedy!

We had a pretty severe repair that required a short turn around time and Bob completed it with in the time frame he said he would and the repair is perfect.He is an outstanding service technician. Aberdeen is very fortunate to have such a gem of a music shop.

I had a 30 year old beat up trumpet shipped to Taylor music for an econo overhaul. It turned out beautiful. It exceeded my expectations. If I could give them 100 stars I would. Bob in service was so helpful and walked me through each step since I live hundreds of miles from SD. I would highly recommend using Taylor music. Awesome instrument rental plan for a child in school just starting out and trying to find the instrument they love. Also, very reasonable prices.

Very knowledgeable staff and great selection for beginner to experienced musicians. If you have a student starting band they can help and if band turns out to not be for you then they return fairly.
