Bought an xf jaguar from here and loved it wish I hadnt sold it. I now drive a BMW and its not the same. Ive had 2 jaguars now an xj and xf. Just cant beat jaguars they are the best motors on the road. Great costumer service.

The worst customer service I have ever had to endure. Nobody EVER answers the phone in the branch. There is a central reception office that know me by name as I have phoned so often. With incorrect details when trying to purchase the car to not phoning back when trying to arrange delivery for the car. No communication about when the car would be delivered and then when receiving the car only one key, no parcel shelf, a scratch on the side and stone chips on the windscreen. Spent the next week trying to phone the branch with obviously no luck as nobody answers. I had to then email Jaguar directly before someone got back to me from Peter Vardy complaints team. Promised me the car would be fixed and returned. Then surprise surprise heard nothing back from them for another week. I had to contact them again - of course nobody answered in branch so I had to chase up their complaints department again. Eventually someone arranged to pick the car up to get the issues fixed. It has now been 4 weeks and still no car back. It has been Jaguars complaints department in Coventry that has been my main contact and they have chased up the Aberdeen Peter Vardy branch for me most weeks. Was meant to get my car back on Monday however this is now not happening. DO NOT purchase a car from here. Total waste of my time and not the kind of service you would expect from an expensive car brand. Disappointed is an understatement and someone from their head office really should be chasing this up as I’m sure they’re missing out on sales and will continue getting rubbish reviews on google. 0 out of 5 stars if it was possible.

The customer service of this place is absolutely disgraceful. the reason it gets 1 star is that I cant put minus stars. I purchased a car from here in July and with the covid it was bought remotely. On pickup day it was unable to be given to me due to failing safety checks on the turbo. Fair enough I thought and they had a replacement for me just to pick up the following tuesday and they sent 30-40 pictures. Following collection day the 2nd car magically had a dent in the boot (I was not shown this) which was going to be 2.5k to fix. Wait!! they had a 3rd car and the sales manager was personally overseeing this sale as it had been a mess. The 3rd car was supposed to be a P250 and even after telling them this wasnt the case they disagreed. regardless I picked this car up. 3 weeks later engine management light was on and had to be taken away. I asked the recovery man to take it to Inverness and I must say they have been spot on but please please please avoid this place like a S**T covered stick.

My daughter (serena leyni) works at Peter Vardy Jaguar and I (Sarah Cross) just bought my Audi A5 Quattro. I am absolutely delighted with the car, I have been very impressed with the service that I have received throughout. There was a slight issue which resulted in a potential delay due to the valeting not being completed on time, however this was quickly resolved by the handover team and in particular Liam Cameron. Peter Vardy should commend themselves for their ability to resolve issues quickly and turn things around which ultimately results in customer 10/10 satisfaction. I would 100% recommend this Aberdeen dealership and the entire Jaguar team/ handover team.

Went in to Peter Vardy Aberdeen today with a view to upgrading my two year old low mileage Evoque to a Range Rover or Jaguar.I was there for 40 minutes in which time not one person approached me to ask if I needed any assistance, or what in particular I was looking for even though at one point I saw four sales people standing around talking.I for one wont buy a car from this outfit they are obviously not interested and dont need the business.

I have just collected my new car and couldn’t be happier with how things went. All went smoothly and could not recommend this dealership enough. Stuart helped me with everything I needed for the test drive with no issues and Bailey and Karolina handled all the of the hand over for the car which was was very quick and easy and cannot thank them enough for the help. 10/10

The most appaling treatment I have ever experienced. They tried to sell us a vehicle without a V5 and still registered with the previous owner and implied this was normal practice. They then proceeded to misinform us as to the true status and progress of the sale. We walked away and will never return, and we reported them to Landrover HQ and Trading Standards who are investigating their very dubious practices. My advice, go to a proper Landrover dealer such as Pentland.

I have bought 3 cars from Peter Vardy Land Rover / Jaguar Aberdeen over the last 7 months 2 Jaguars and. Range Rover Sport I have dealt with other Land Rover / Jaguar dealerships throughout Scotland and the North of England over the years the service I received from Peter Vardy in Aberdeen has been outstanding from viewing the cars to purchasing the cars. Customer care like this is few and far between in the motor industry today so A big thank you to Shahbaz and Ali in Jaguar, Paul in Land Rover.. This service can only be achieved by leadership So thank you to Richie the man at the top.

I had a blocked DPF on my diesel Jaguar epace and was told by Vardys that it was due to my driving style and quoted £1700 to replace the DPF and sensors. I decided to get a second opinion from another garage who identified a faulty heat sensor which was preventing the DPF from regenerating. However, Vardys refused to investigate or give me an explanation and simply said the faulty sensor had not shown up in their diagnostic equipment.Not sure why it is necessary to replace sensors which are not faulty.Just a pity they are the only Jaguar agent in the North East.

Awful experience. Would suggest purchasing a Land Rover or Jaguar anywhere else but here. Have been in communication with staff about issues for over two weeks and am no further forward. A call to their head office tomorrow will hopefully bring some satisfaction. Avoid this place.

Nice people but never again would I buy another jaguar from Peter Vardy,one small squeak from my sunroof ended with umpteen visits and phone calls.Speaking about phone calls,I have yet to get through to the person I needed within 5 minutes without having to listen to their horrible recorded message.When I told them initially the squeak was from the sunroof, they had the car for a day then phoned me to say that theyd found the fault,I was pleased until they said its coming from the sunroof!!! Waste of time.Pity cause the staff are nice and a beautiful showroom.

I thought long and hard about how many stars i should give regarding the service i received today from Peter Vardy, and come to the conclusion in the end i can only give two. Staff very friendly when i put the car in for a warranty issue and also a problem with the battery, which i have had since i bought the car 8 months ago. I had to really fight my case regarding the battery and eventually after a few lame excuses why i should pay £300 for the battery i finally got to speak to someone in authority who investigated the problem and decided that they would pay for a new battery for me. Now it is at this point, even though it took a while to get there i was about to give 5 stars as i was pleased with the decision. What happened next in my point of view, bearing in mind they had my car for over a day by now, is why i have to reduce the star value. Something i feel went really arye with the communication. It was 10.45am in the morning and was told they were about to fit my battery. 5 hours later and two phone calls from me wanting an update where i was told they would get back to me. No reply so i decided i would make my way to the showroom to find out what was happening. On arrival i was told by staff, Oh it will be ready soon. Half an hour later it was, but i suspect they started to fit it when they heard i was in the building.Now let me stress, i found all the staff very polite and in the end i did get the result i required. Its just that it took nearly two days to get there.

Booked in for a major service. Everything seemed to go smoothly until we got our car back and we checked the maintenance sheet. The mechanic ticked the boxes stating that they completed various bits of work which they clearly did not do. Took it to an independent garage the following day who confirmed that there was no way the mechanic completed the work. I phoned the showroom and was promised a call back but it never happened. I then emailed customer services and again no response. I waited 2 weeks before writing this review in the hope that Peter vardy would have resolved my issue but nothing from them at all. As soon as they took my money, paying for things that wasnt done, they didnt want to know. I feel cheated by this garage and have little confidence in using them in the future. My advice to anyone is find a local specialist, they will be much cheaper than the £156 an hour Peter Vardy charge, ridiculous.

Very disappointing personally all round for the second time. I will never have any more dealings with Peter vardy ever again purchasing or want to work for them. Absolutely rediculace antiquated procedures. Employment opportunity denied for the second time on purely making a high cardboard tower & selecting 4 items for being stranded on a desert island. Not with experience in sales, negotiation skills & years of customer services which has been my lifes work for over 30 years. Good luck who deals with them.

0 STARS IF THERE WAS A OPTIONCame up from Newcastle upon Tyne was an absolute waste of time, 4-5 hour journey left at 9.30am got there for 2am earlier than arranged with James the (sales man), took the red C63 12 plate for a test drive all ok apart from the car pulling left which I was not told about,whilst on test drive car was on reserve which James SALES GUY had kept pointing out it only gets fuel once sold (didnt know jaguar standards were soo low),I was then told the tracking will be all put right and dealt with appropriately and was promised vehicle would have a full tank of diesel if I come back in an hour and that I would receive a phone call from the dealership once car is ready to which I agreed,I then opted for a Greggs in the grim town of Aberdeen and never received a call for almost 2 hours of waiting for them to call me to collect the car so then I called Peter vardy jaguar to which STUART answered and put me through to james only to find out they couldnt do both the tracking or the finance in place as apparently their finance doesnt go through at 2-3 pm on a FRIDAY ! (I know right !)Only to be told I have to stay the night in a hotel up the road and collect the vehicle in the morning.. (wait for it !) In which the car wasnt guaranteed for me to collect in the morning before 12 clock lunch,I dont understand how they expected me to just be put up in a hotel when I have family and work commitments, I mean people have lives !I had everything arranged a day prior with James who knew well enough the plan was for me to come down to Aberdeen pick up the car and go home as the car was not in a prepped state as agreed the wheels and bonnet were in the same state as the car was part exchanged,the vehicle was literally being driven to get cleaned as I was walking into the dealership, these people are very sneaky and will string you along at all costs please find somewhere else to spend your hard earned cash on a well deserved car.

Received an online quote for a new Jaguar XE from Peter Vardy Jaguar Aberdeen through Carwow. Although I live a long way from Aberdeen It was a good price so I was prepared to travel. I was told by Carwow I had to deal with David Patrick only for this deal so I phoned the showroom I was told he wasnt available so I left my details for a return call, I received a call back from a lady saying she had been told to phone me I gave her all the details of my part exchange of which I was in a bit of negative equity but that was my problem not the showrooms she told me she would phone me back shortly with a deal. Guess what I am still waiting, maybe they dont want to sell me a car at least they could have had the courtesy to let me know. Terrible customer service I would have given no stars if I could. I will take my business elsewhere.

I have dealt with Peter Vardy Jaguar in Aberdeen.One of the most unreliable and disappointing after sale services. Everything is good until they give you the key. After that, they dont care anymore and you have to chase them up thousands of times for any request.Avoid them as much as you can and try other dealers.

Annoying. I saw their ad on the car for £299 deposit and £299 per month and called them. I was told that the deal is on an E-Pace 2lt Diesel automatic 186BHP 48 months, exactly what I wanted. It would be a bit cheaper on PCH. I was asked come into the store. I didnt want to waste time in the store so I gave them all the details beforehand.Today, I went to the store and boy, they have a different story to tell now. The deal is on their cheapest petrol manual car and it is a 60 month PCH contract. When I questioned, the sales guy simply blamed the call handlers behaviour. Just a pathetic service. Not going back there again. Cheers
