This used to be my favorite goodwill store but now I have to rethink that period period I brought 2 big bags of clothes a lot of them were brand new that belonged to my mother in law that passed away, I get there and they say their donation door is closed Monday and Tuesday which is not what it says on the website. I said I drive a truck and I have these 2 big bags of clothes Id like to donate them but theres nothing we could do about it . So I had to put him in a clothing recycle bits recycle bin which Im hoping that that is like a good will, comma because there was a lot of expensive clothes in there

Nice mens selection for the season, good deals, better than other locations Ive been to. Clean, not too crowded, organized.

Some prices are a little but 30% off on senior citizens day. If you are looking for anything specific have to go a few times a week. Nice cashiers. Pleasant.

I will never again shop at goodwill in aberdeen md or any goodwill for that matter. You guys are over priced on some used stuff. I went in there the other day and asked for a donation on a coat for a family in need because the family had nothing for there 2 girls and you told me we dont do that so a customer bought the coat for me. You guys should be ashamed of yourself and I will make sure i take this higher and make it public to everyone and I will contact someone higher

Some used items priced $1.50 can be gotten for $1. Brand new. Price gouging on Pyrex bowls all scratched. BUT THEY HAVE LADIES SHOES!

Staff was very rude, clearly didn’t want to be there. Store is dingy, Unorganized. Prices are high. Waste of time.

I come to this place all the time. There is some really great stuff in there if you really look around. Good prices. The staff is nice too. For some reason, the music is always really awesome too... Lol.

Only some of the greatest prices in excellent products. You will find employees are extremely helpful and everyone in the store is very knowledgeable. They have some amazing sales and never missed the last Saturday of the month

Small but serviceable Goodwill. Stock is not kept as nicely as others Ive been to and is at times haphazardly thrown onto tables. The shelving of the book section seems haphazard at best and nonsensical at worst. Its clean though, and doesnt smell like body fluids, which is actually a huge accomplishment with Goodwill

First this place needs to have someone thats willing to help bring stuff inside. Im already giving you almost $500 of stuff and good clothes and nobody goes to help. Then in top of that they tell me i cant crack the door open for 5 minutes to bring stuff in. So i have to open the door with bags in my hands. 😡

Staff is nice, but thats the only part that is worth it. Everything is massively overpriced. Especially home goods, which are better priced across the street at the restore.

Most things in this store are overpriced for goodwill standards, choices in clothing has good variety but lacking in mens shoes and kitchen. Not impressed. Better prices and choices at Ollies in the same parking lot.

The lady who checked us out WASNT HAPPY !!! Very rude was throwing glass into a cart just breaking it was waiting for like 5 minutes after ringing the bell then had to go get her. Will not go back there

Is it possible to give a zero out of five stars? The workers are rude. I waited at the register with no one noticing me there for ten min. The cashier was rude. The stuff is often crap and overpriced. Sad.

Another thrift shop manager who thinks he is an antique dealer and expert on everything. I wanted to buy a set of used dishes thats microwave and dishwasher safe and walked out disgusted. Then I went to Target I bought a set for $10 brand new. Thats what I should have done in the first place.
