I have to say my experience with Bills Design was great,I was treated well from the start to finish, the flooring installed of our kitchen, bath and washroom was above and beyond what I could of hoped for along with the carpet in our guest room that was installed with perfection. Everything was done in a timely manner with no clean up on my part. I highly recommend this company. From the showroom to the installers the treatment was 5 stars

David at Carpet One was instrumental in helping us pick (and plan for) the perfect carpet for our beach home. The installers were prompt, courteous, efficient and timely. Bright and clean store. David is knowledgeable and friendly. They have tile for your shower, bath floor tile, kitchen backsplash and floor tile. Porcelain, ceramic, glass. You can flip through boards with tile samples, then they retrieve everyones orders once a week from the supplier near Seattle. They can order the color matched grout, caulk and silocone, tile edges, and thinset. The store name wouldnt fit on the marquee if it said everything they do.

Bills is a company that has been very helpful to me, and even helped me out of a bind on a job that the big box store left me hanging. This kind of service is hard to come by today. Bills is definitely worth a stop if your in the market for flooring, I have used them on more then one occasion.

I hope your customer service is better than your employees driving. Pouring down rain on 5 south outside JBLM I see my lane has been shut down ahead due to flooding. I put on my signal and try to work my way over. As I’m starting to attempt a merge in, an older man driving a huge “bills design carpet one” truck punches the gas, closing the gap and almost clipping my car. I was stunned. If this is the reckless way your people behave while operating a deadly giant billboard for the company they work for, I can’t imagine the service they provide is much better. Thanks for trying to kill me on the freeway because I was polite enough to signal and not push in at the last minute. Jerk.

I purchased carpet for two bedrooms and stair way which is about 640 square feet. The pricing was fair however; the installation experience was horrible. The installers of the carpet were not professional and left me with a mess to cleanup. Plus they failed to install the transition pieces in both bedrooms. I attempted to go into the store the next day to get answers as to why it wasn’t done the same day. While at the store trying to receive answers why the job was not complete the same day. I got nothing but the employee’s at the store defending the installers. I got so frustrated that I had to walked out of the store. A few days later I called and spoke with manager who did correct the problem and did apologize for the experience I had received. The transition pieces were installed days later by a different set of installers who were very professional. The amount I as quoted and charged was the same after the job was complete. I always hear and see “shop local”. This would be a good example of why I will no longer shop local for carpet. It is very unlikely I will return I will ever set foot in this store again.
