Would of been 5 but. Only had 1/2 of our special order we have been waiting for since may. I dont blame Menards but the company the do business with.

I laugh at all the people crying about the mask mandate! If you dont like it, go to Russia; The store has a right to refuse service.It seems fine to shop there when you follow the rules.

Great selections, one of the few stores that enforce masking during this covid pandemic. I appreciate them doing there part to help their employees and the public stay healthy. One of the safest places to shop during the pandemic. Ive not felt unsafe once. Thank you for requiring customers to wear masks and social distance!Most staff are super helpful and nice without being overbearing - very considerate of their customers. Seems like the people who work here really care about the customers, and it shows.Also has great prices on many things.

Ive always been a fan of Menards until they decided it was appropriate to discriminate against customers who have legitimate, documented, medical reasons to not wear a mask for longer than five minutes. When I reached out to customer service, this was the caring, understanding response they sent me:JamesIm very sorry, but with 200,000 deaths and climbing, it is necessary to wear a proper mask in a proper way for your safety and ours at this time. We want to serve you, but we do not want to die doing so.Thank you for your patience and understandingRay

They will not acknowledge or follow Americans with disabilities act. Have REPEATEDLY refused services to customers who cannot wear a mask due to legitimate disabilities. People who are LEGALLY recognized disabled. They will threaten to call the police on you, and refuse you service. Not just once, or to one individual. But many many many times over and it has been documented, collected, and sent to legal aid. They should not be in business. In this town or any other, and it is going to be brought to light, what they are doing to people very soon. This happened as recently as today, as the pandemic has all but wound down to nothing,. Every other business has all but dropped their mask requirements and Menards is still refusing business to even disabled children.

Who doesnt love Menards. Always find good deals. Great friendly people.

I had to pick up some industrial heavy racking. They had almost all the parts and what they didnt have I was able to easily get help and have them order it. The gentleman helped me load and unload 3 large rack carts full of supplies into my pickup as well. I had very good service this morning.

Worst experience possible trying to get paint mixed. First time in store since moving back from Louisiana and was trying to get 4 gallons of paint mixed. Was a act of Congress, employee was rude as can be and was on his phone as I stood waiting for assistance. Finally got some help and then he argued with me over everything. Thought maybe just the one guy having a bad day but nope came back to get my mixed paint and a woman was in her phone, completely ignored me, I asked if this was my paint and without looking up from her phone said..I guess. I have a 3 bedroom house to remodel and unless its absolutely something I cant find anywhere else I wont be shopping at Menards in Aberdeen.

Requires masks. Dont have one? Gotta buy it. Oh, and they will terminate any employee who does not tell a customer to wear a mask. Mandate them all you want but dont take advantage of a pandemic and charge for masks. Yall crooks.

While this store has so many different items for any home repair and any farm or business application, employees are not always knowledgeable. Some have helped me with great expertise, but others have no idea whats going on. Its nice to have appliances, pet food, and groceries all right there next to tools for the farm. The paint selection is wonderful, and most things in my house came from here.

Always friendly. Very knowledgeable staff. Wish they did a military discount, but I understand that they have to make their money as well. Always good deals. And stuff you cant find anywhere else.

Menards is to the Midwestern property owner and contractor as Wal-Mart is to the average wage-earner trying to get by... Everything you need unless you came after everyone who had their eye on the same item as you... Granted Menards tends to stock product made in the U.S. and without the production power of the peoples Republic of China, the restocking might not have the same volume. Your mileage may vary depending on the type of item you need. Construction materials all day. Can I give 4.5 stars?

Menards is ok. Home depot much, much better. Also they now making u wear mask 😷 I understand the reasoning. But I cant wear mask all day at work and then shopping to. So I go to Runnings now and shop there. No mask required there yet. And Ive noticed less cars at Menards and more at Runnings so Im not the only one. Soon Ill just shop Amazon cheaper and free shipping. Can avoid all the crazy ppl

I cant say enough about this store! They have great selections in literally every department. They even have a nice grocery selection and theyre way less expensive than other stores! Cheap milk, snacks, other foods, dog treats, etc etc.! You name it, this place is great!

I get to leisurely explore excellent selection of quality household or business building and remodel supplies. Auto items too. Pet supply department hugely expanded. Unique mostly healthy snack-like food, beverage and sweets. Friendly & helpful staff.

Love Menards! Save big money! Love there theme song! You can find just about anything there. The staff are always nice and friendly. The prices sometimes are a little high though.

We had a storage cabinet that was missing the hardware. We waited 5 months for them to order replacement parts, finally after some dispute they just opened a new one and gave us the pack containing the hardware. It shouldnt be that hard to get some help for a mistake made by one of there products.

Lots of useful items, great customer service

Purchased some landscaping stones that were labeled as $.69. Not just the ones we purchased but also the same kind but differwnt color were also labeled $.69. When we were checking out the clerk told us they were $.98 each. My wife ran back and verified that two pallets of them were labeled as $.69 per stone. This didnt seem to matter to clerk as he didnt even bother to look or even go correct it. He charged us the $.98 per stone and didnt apologize or even seem to care. Now granted I realize it was only a total difference of $6.00 but thats not the point now is it. This wont stop me from purchasing there but I will look else where before I go to a store that doesnt seem to care about their mistakes.

All in all one of the worst stores for employee attitudes ever experienced for the following reasons.1 Return dept employee eating on the job though 2 people in line to return items.Other employee was busy helping other customers while she ate.2 Employees visiting in the window dept,leaning up against the counter and no help offered and when asked to help had abut as much ambition as a snail.3 Attitude that you are the only game in town for some items will get one into trouble.Will probably never patronize this Menards again and will either find other businesses that are professional whether Menards in another area or a total different business.
