Fantastic experience with Helm and their staff. Amanda was absolutely wonderful to work with, she wears many hats and worked with me on many things. Scotty was great to deal with and is a straight shooter. When I picked up my boat I met Marcus and he was fantastic on helping with any questions I had on my rig. I drove 4.5 hours to purchase my boat and will do it again with this staff. Big thank you to Helm (especially Amanda!). Purchasing a boat from 4.5 hours away couldnt have been easier. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Only person that answers the phone is at the main desk, no one else ever returns calls or answers calls when she transfers you as well... save your effort, find somewhere else... my two cents

Was just about to bring my boat to them to have a new motor put on. Said they were short handed and couldn’t do it for a few months. They were very rude and they don’t seem to care about you if you’re not spending $80,000. I found a motor from another dealership and brought it to a guy who used to work at helm marine up until a couple weeks ago and he did a great job and got it done the same day i took it to him. I don’t recommend helm at all because they don’t care about their customer relations.

Run away from this dealership folks. Dont make the same mistake I did. They promise everything and provide nothing.I dont recommend mr king or a yarcraft boats either.

They sold me a used boat, and said everything checked out good according to the salesperson and service manager. Had motor issues from the beginning, called... left voicemails... text with little to no response. Brought to another dealership and they scanned the motor and found multiple fault codes/issues with the motor. The mechanic said nothing had been gone through on the motor or scanned. Poor Service, no accountability, will not go back....

Called Mike on a Thursday to ask about getting a dock put in. Guess what! He had our dock in by the same afternoon! I don’t know what more you could ask for. Exceptionally awesome service! Thank you so much!

Super cool people. No BS... like other boating places ive visited. Cheaper boats my a**. They hit you with a finders fee, set up fee, and anything else under the sun. Helms boats are water ready. So! When you buy a boat from them and you THINK youve paid to much, remember, from Helm youve got a product that has no hidden fees. You can hit the water the same day at a price you see given... ....and then some.
