On a road trip down to South Carolina we lost a water pump in our Dodge Ram unexpectedly. We pulled into this Midas to see if they could fix our truck so we could get back on the road. The staff was amazing! They fixed our truck quickly and we were back on the road in significantly less time than we anticipated! I highly recommend this location! If we were local they would have all our business! Beyond thankful we pulled into this particular location.

I will NEVER GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE.. from now on this is thee place. 5 muffler shops turned me away. They did what I wanted ON THE SPOT. I was so happy I offered to buy them ALL lunch. . I cant thank yall any more. In. Out. 1 hour. Did en extremely pro job too. And gave me back my OEM muffler. Now my Z4 sounds like a Formula One Ferrari.

I needed my radiator replaced and engine tune. They were thorough and very professional. After I left the shop I still had issues with over heating so the mechanic met me half way on my way back to the shop and fixed the issue so I could make it to the shop. They went over everything again and took care of it with no problem. I had work done previously by another shop (name not worth mentioning) which was not great at all but the mechanics and staff at midas corrected the issues and now my truck is tip top. Ill say this much it hard to find good shops but when you do its a blessing. Im bringing my truck here from now on and recommend midas to anyone who needs their car fixed!!

This place is full of crooks!! Do not give this place business. They told my boyfriends daughter who is visiting from out of town that her struts needed to be done when they were just checked before she came her. Quoted her 24. 95 for an oil change and charged her 49.99. Plus her car only needs conventional oil and she was never asked if she wanted synthetic and they used that anyway. Plus was quoted 45 on wipers and charged almost double. And then told her they would apply a coupon that said it had taken off a little over 12 bucks . If you add up the cost on paper it doesnt even reflect the coupon either. Way to take advantage of someone. You guys need to be reported to the better business bureau. If I could give negative stars I would!! You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!

Been coming to Midas since before Dmitri was the owner. To the best of my knowledge, Doug is trying his best to make the transition process as smooth as possible. Having an older vehicle, I have had two jobs done on it so far, and each time, the process was explained and the problems shown on the vehicle. I will still recommend Midas to others as long as I still keep getting the quality service and fair prices as I have in the past.

Thought they could be trusted. I have been taking my vehicles to them for a few years. Took my truck in to have the brakes, parking brake, and shocks checked. They came back with a quote of almost $2,500 for the repairs. They claimed the shocks were stock shocks (wasnt the case). Took my car to a different mechanic. The non-Midas mechanic identified no issue with the shocks and stated they were non-stock. The parking brake simply needed some adjustment and didnt need to be replaced.Best part, I found that they charged me for replacing the parking brake, brake drums, and wheel cylinders 18 months prior and 12,000 miles less. This either means they didnt do the work the first time or they are charging for unnecessary work.My wife had been telling me they were dishonest and I should have listened to her before.

I had a very pleasant experience while I was here! The mechanic behind the desk was extremely nice! I didnt have anything to do while I was waiting for them to finish with my oil change, so he decided to talk with me. He was very sincere, nice, and open to me, and it made the time go by faster. When it was done he was very thankful for my decision to choose them, and he left a good impression on me. The work was done in a timely manner, and there were no errors.

They charged me 75 for an oil change, so Ill just do it myself next time. The same oil is 25 online right now. Way too steep a cost for convenience. Really liked the old owner, my whole family had committed to this shop. Without him running the show, no need to return.

Best honest and fair $$ service in HACOI have been a loyal customer since 2012. Dimitri was always personable and professional. He worked hard to ensure his customers were happy. Change is always difficult. Doug the new manager has big shoes to fill but its doing a great job. The shop runs has smoothly has ever and the service is wonderful. The technicians are knowledgeable and can get the job done. I was so pleased with my service July 8, 2019. Midas in Aberdeen will continue to be my first choice when needing service for my Toyota.

I stopped in the day after visiting a Jiffy Lube because my car wreaked of oil. Doug quickly and efficiently found the source of my problem, and quite literally may have saved my life; he found they hadnt replaced my oil cap and that oil was covering my engine. Without missing a beat, Doug cleaned my engine and replaced the missing oil, and explained why he was doing everything he did. I feel much better now, and I will be visiting the Midas in Aberdeen for all future car needs. Thanks, Doug!

I was the town on Saturday morning for my sons lax tournament. I was driving about 100 miles from VA. At the Wendys parking lot when I stopped for the breakfast, I found transmission fluid was leaking. OMG, I needed to drive back to VA after the games. I searched auto repair shops and Midas was my 3rd stop. The manager here (I guess his name is Dimitri) couldnt get my car in because they were fully booed, but he tried to call several other repair shops that he could trust if they were available. Unfortunately, nobody was available. I asked him if I could buy several quarts of fluids and added them as I drove. He said Yes, but he recommended to rent a car, because worst case scenario, I needed to replace the transmission and it cost me $$$$. I didnt follow his recommendation but chose my risky option. Still he showed me where I could buy the transmission fluids and opened my hood and showed me where I could add the fluids.Luckily, I drove back safely and dropped my car at the service center at my town. Dimitri was the best person I met ever. He was so kind & nice.

Heres an oxymoron for you: below market price and top-notch service. First time (in a very long time) since in had my car serviced and not felt robbed. Dimitri is very customer service oriented. Got an email quote for $180 for brake pads or $360 for brakes and rotors and 29.99 for standard oil change or $69.99 for full synthetic on 27 November 2019. Took my SUV in for service on 29 November. Received a call a few hours later from Marlon stating my vehicle needed over $1100 in services done. I was told my brakes, rotors, and calipers all needed replacing. I decided not to have the work done as my vehicle is only 3 yrs old and I knew it didnt require it. Marlon then suggested I apply for a credit account (I declined) and he finally asked how much I was trying to spend (Im done at this point). I went and picked my SUV up 20 minutes later and literally drove it 3 blocks over to Mr. Tire. The technician there said I only needed pads and if I wanted I could get new rotors but, the ones I had were okay and the calipers were fine as well. Got the brakes done at Mr. Tire for less than a 3rd of what Midas quoted. Would not recommend this place.

The man who made this shop worthy of its high rating is no longer here.They recently attempted to charge me for parts that I did not need. By ALOT.Avoid at all costs.

Made an appointment to get the special deal on oil change for my two vehicles. Had a conflict in schedule so I had to reschedule my appointment. Dimitri was understanding and changed my appointment to fit my schedule. He gave me the special event hough it was outside the window date. He explained what he did and didnt do on my vehicles. I got to tell you, that Dimitri is one cool dude. He is very friendly and has a good heart. He treated me as though he has known me for ages. I just got home and saw the 132. $ charge for an oil change and wipers on my daughters car.at 45$ a piece and used synthetic oil for the upcharge on her car which does not use it without asking for the upcharge and change! They took advantage of a teenager and i would strongly recommend staying away from these Crooks

The work was good, but I was told by my auto dealer it wasnt needed. Midas told me I needed rear pads,calipers and rotors but my dealer said I only need pads.i was so disappointed I never went back. I dont recommend this place they are not honest or trustworthy. You will get cheated. I told friends to go there but had to call them all and stop them. Do No Take Your Vehicle There!!

My dealership said I needed $1,000 of brake work. I called Dimitri and he said $800. After I dropped my car off he called me and said there really isnt anything that needed to be done. No charge. When I thanked him he said I used to be on the other side of the counter and remember how it feels. I really dont think any other car shop would be that honest!

I never write reviews - but this place blew me away to say the least. I sat in the waiting room for two hours and Dimitri was more than kind to every single customer who came in or called despite how extremely busy they were. I dont expect much when Im going somewhere for a service anymore, so it is so surprising when someone is this well mannered and polite.

My appointment was @1:00pm for an oil change and I was out the door within 20 minutes.

The prices seemed high so I did only the work that had to be done and took it to a trusted dealership. They did what remaining work needed to be done at a 1/3 the cost and identified two items that were not needed

Had sqeeking from the front wheel area. They checked it out and found no problem, thank heavens! Dimitri was wonderful and really nice as well as helpful. He allowed me to look at the car while mechanic was working on it. I also asked him to check transmission too. He gave me an honest assessment. I will be taking my cars there in the future for sure!

I have been going to Midas in Aberdeen for well over 2 years. The owner Dimitri and the rest of the team there are absolutely OUTSTNADING!!! They are honest, fast, and here is the kicker... When they fix something, it is ACTUALLY FIXED!!! There prices are very reasonable. They are the only ones I trust with my vehicles.They are big about building relationships with their customers. They are not about trying to get as much as they can; just because they can.The best decision I ever made was taking my vehicles there.

Doug and his mechanic were able to find and correct a problem caused by another mechanic shop and was able to get it all done before closing time so that we were not without a vehicle for the weekend and we will have a safe truck for our move.

Jake is a great mechanic and really knows what hes doing and takes pride in his work he will never suggest things that you dont need or will need soon

The man who owned this place gave amazing customer service, however, he sold the business and the new manager acts like he has no idea what he is doing.I called a week in advance to make my appointment and they just said drop your car off whenever. When i got there i had to call the place to get someone to come to the front desk to greet me. They didnt even say hello or anything just what are you here for. I also had to call them three hours after i dropped my car off to see what was going on. When i finally came to pick up my car they were about to close. The new manager just walked up to the counter and said that will be $150, no greeting or anything just give me money and get out so i can go home. Long story short if you want good customer service do not go here.You will be missed Dimitri 😭

I had my brake pads replaced and an oil change on my Mini Cooper. I had bought the brake pads and the sensor to complete this myself. Then I realized that I would need a special tool. There was no problem brining my own parts! The staff is so friendly and efficient. The work was completed in a timely fashion. I will always bring my Baby here for work! Thank you!

Went there to have a tire valve stem replaced. They quoted me $254.00 so I went to NTB and had it replaced AND a full oil change for still less than that. They are the place to go to get ripped off.

Dimetri (owner) is a great guy and businessman. He really tryes to get you the best prices and has great mechanics working there.

They gave me great service and were quick to handle my problem.

Since Dimitri has left what you have left is a disaster. I brought my car in having problems with what seemed to be the battery. Dimitri sold me a battery and it was good for a day. Now I must have been there during the transition between Dimitri and Doug. When I had the car towed there on Sunday and called Dimitri and told him it was the alternator and the serpentine belt that needed to be fixed - he stated he would have the mechanic chec the car and make sure thats what it was and he would give me a call. I got a call from Doug at around noon and he stated that I needed a new altrenator, a serpentine belt and a new AC compressor. I brought it to Midas (now no longer Dimtris place which I didnt know) and Doug having taken over did something he wasnt asked to. He had by the time he called me already discharged my AC compressor. He said there was a noise in my AC bearing. I had never had a problem with my AC. He quoted me 1281 to have it fixed. Told I needed to speak to Dimitri and I asked where the AC came into it? I guess he didnt have much control by this time. He gave a labor only price if I brought in the parts. Which I did and all was done, the price was very reasonable - that was Dimitri. When I picked up the car and started to drive to get to an appointment, I turned on the AC and I got hot air. I called Midas immediately - oh we forgot to recharge the Freon. I turned around brought back and I they put some Freon into it - it was not properly done and I called back the next day stating I was getting an RPM surging in car everytime I turned on the air. Doug lashed out at me and said that wasnt from anything they had done. I said I felt it was. I asked to speak with Dimitri and Doug stated he would be there the next morning. (Lie) He wasnt. I took it to a Master Mechanic and he stated the problem I had was the AC compressor was not properly filled with Freon and it was what was causing the surges, however the belt was also improperly placed and was making a belt noise. I called Midas yesterday and for the first time was told the truth that Dimitri is no longer there. When I explained the problem to Doug he admitted that he had a piece of equipment that could depressurize the AC system but it couldnt refill, so that is why they did by hand with cans. He got very defensive just as he has been since the first time I talked to him. This problem is not something that was there prior to this service at Midas. Would I recommend it? Not on my car. This place has gone down hill big time.

Jeep was almost on last leg (really bad LF tire). Came in for front brakes. Other issues were found & taken care of within 48hrs (Per given repair timeframe). Took care of ALL other little panel light issues, including referring me back to dealership for original part to clear last issue. Cost was also within my pre-set budget for repair.

Dimitri and his staff are truly a CLASS ACT with outstanding service! I had encountered a pretty dire situation last week and was 100+ miles from home stranded at Maryland House reststop. I drive a modified wheelchair minivan and a piece of pipe that connects to muffler had fallen off as I was exiting ramp to i95 (good thing i didnt exit and slowly reversed back to parking lot). I called several tow companies before one was able to cone get me (Thompsons Towing). While waiting I called several body shops on where to have my van towed with no luck. I came across Midas in Aberdeen, Md (about 4-5 miles away). Dimitri answered phone and was very polite and I explained my situation and although he was swamped with cars and being lil undermanned that day, he still told me to come over and would get to me at some point that afternoon or evening. When I finally arrived, he had spot already for me with a welding specialist ready to do the work! Upon meeting Dimitri, I could tell he was a genuine person! He made me feel right at home, although I was over 100+ miles from it! Explained to me exactly what needed to be done, as my modified van is bit more complex with the underbody than most traditional setups. His price was definitely fair!! Anyway, while waiting, we spoke for a bit and got to know him and saw client after client come thru and treated each and every one of them like family! Absolutely refreshing in this day and society that this still exists!!! Thank you again Dimitri and staff for helping me get back on road and to my destination up North! I will certainly to see you again, as I travel up North every month and you are located just off I95 exit.

Honest Mechanics! I was greeted by Dmitri and his son George both great people and was treated with the utmost respect. I dont usually write overly positive reviews but I believe credit is due here. As soon as I got there, they put my car up on the lift and diagnosed that my exhaust manifold had gone bad. They took me out to the garage and showed me the part that was bad which gave me confidence and a nice touch so you know you arent getting screwed as stealerships like to do. This is on a Gen II Prius. Not very easy for anyone to discover. It took them maybe 10 minutes to find the problem. Dmitri gave me a quote on a labor and I asked him if I could find my own exhaust manifold. He said I may be able to find it cheaper and that would be fine. His only constraint was that the labor would be warranted but not the part (understandable). I got a very fair quote on the labor. I bought my own manifold and just had it installed today. Very timely and they were quick to get me an appointment (1 day). My car sounds like new again and it was soo loud with the bad manifold. I would not hesitate for a second to go back there.
