I have had the same phone service company for over 10 years but I have recently been frustrated with customer service. What a great relief when I called Mario at the Abbeville LA office. He was friendly and helpful unlike any experience I have ever had! I am so thankful he answered the phone that day. Now I plan on moving all of my family members to cricket wireless!!DONA RAMKE

Phone is broken been waiting a week for them to send replacement. Called today i have to send my phone first. Then asked for them to switch payment til Monday cause i didnt want to be without service during the storm. They said oh pay 15 dollars for bridge pay. If i would have had it to pay i would have but im currently trying to get my family in a safe place.

I decided to try cricket wireless after being harassed by one of their sales people about their low prices while shopping near the store. I gave them all my information and tried it out for a few months. There were multiple issues with signing up for the service, which I attributed to simple errors and moved on. The real issue came when I got the bill, and it was almost double what I was quoted when I signed up. I tried multiple times in person and over the phone to get it reduced but was told no. Finally, I decided to cancel everything with them, but I had to not only pay my over priced bill but then also had to pay about the same amount to leave them. Safe to say, I will be sticking to AT&T.

Ya know, if I had to find a company that cared any less for its employees, Id have to travel all the way back in time to when The Jungle was written. You know you have a problem when several employees are harassed during their job, doing things entirely not in their job description, and the company doesnt have the balls or spine to stick up for them. Ive seen more backbone in jellyfish, honestly, and you know you might have an issue as well when youre being compared to a creature that uses its mouth as its anus and vice versa. I could scour the entire nation for years trying to find a more depraved location than this and come up completely empty handed. I might be handed flyers to pass out at locations where Im not wanted by this cricket location, but other than that, Id come up empty handed.Now, some reading this review might think, Oh well this persons bad experience wont happen to me! And by all means, go ahead and use this cellular service. It wont affect me in the slightest. But Im terribly certain that youve had THAT job. You know, that one job where you regret having ever gotten it, and looking back at yourself, your stupid, happy grin when you got that job in the first place and thought, Wow. I was a damn idiot. and you slowly grow a resentment for every customer that walks through the door, knowing very damn well that you wont see a single cent of their money when the price of their service increases. I know that feeling, believe me.But furthermore, why even use this service? Well, Im certain Cricket Wireless is fine, after all, its free for gamestop employees, from what I hear, and free is good! But from this location? Id rather mail a tin can with a wire attached to it to talk to my boyfriend 3 states away than have to go through this location to get my wireless service. I value the way employees are treated, and I know one of a few things are going to happen. Either this locations going to find a way to delete or undermine this review, or theyre gonna try to step up their game, fix their mistakes, and perhaps contact me to get the review removed. Which, should I see any improvement, I will happily remove this, though, in the meantime, this review shall stay right where it is.tl;dr, Id go with Verizon or Sprint. At least theyre large enough to have regulations on treating their employees right.
