Awesome! My uncle had purchased a battery from Auto Zone about 4 months ago. Van wouldnt start, so I got a jump start, and drove to Auto Zone. They had my Uncles phone number in system and found where he purchased battery. They replaced it for me!

I went in the abbeville Louisiana store on Aug 2 2021 i ask the lady for a toggle switch she points me to the frist row witch has a thousand little items but i try to find anyway. I look up for help and i see the same woman helper rush from behind the counter and come with another customer that just walked in i thought she was coming help me lol right . I said mame i cant find it she said ill be with you she oasses bye me the customer and another worker . She runs an grabs the one can of soray the customer wanted i turnded an walked for the door she says mam your item is over here. I told her keep it im going down the street where i can get some help. I went to O,Rylies they helped me

I ordered over 800 dollars in parts on may 30 2020.Midway through the call the guy realizes he is ordering parts for a different vehicle.He still orders wrong parts.I took my vacation to work on my truck the following week.A 2 day job has turned into four days of swapping out every part ordered.I even paid up front to order all wrong parts.ITS UP TO THE GUY ORDERING THE PARTS TO MAKE SURE HE HAS THE CORRECT VEHICLE SO HE CAN RESPONSIBLY DO HIS JOB AND ORDER CORRECT PARTS.

I went there today with a low battery. The manager was very happy to help. He made sure to take care of my battery needs and did it with a smile! You don’t find service like that very often these days! Thank you!

I told the guy what I needed, he started typing it into the computer then just walked off to help someone else and didnt come back. So I tell the lady at the next register what I needed..and she sold me the wrong parts. 🤦‍♀️ I had to bring them back the next day. I got a refund and went to OReilly.

They helped me quite a bit and looked up parts so I could have the price for later. The guy even came out and helped me to make sure I was buying the correct parts for my car.

It was early so i had all the store to my self and it was great...

Went there may 4 2019 to get a part for my car they told me it would be in at 6:30 that evening came back still no part came back may 5 2019 to see if it came in nope still not in came to advance had part and cheaper.so went back to auto zone get money back the sales vounter man tells me oh that messed up u not a loyal customer how u gunna tell me thst when my part was suppose to b ein at 630 yeaterday evening and wasnt in like really shouldnt talk to people like thst

Used to have excellent customer svc. Seems to have lost that over the past few yrs. I only go here now when they are my last option. Makes you question who is the hiring manager or do they just not care about customer svc. Anymore?

Have been an AutoZone rewards member for years. From California To Virginia, Illinois, Indiana, and even Alabama; all places Ive lived and worked as I traveled around the country. The Abbeville store location has truly been the most helpful AutoZone store Ive ever been to.Special thanks to Connie, Pauley & Mathew (I hope I got your names right). With these individuals extensive product & automotive knowledge, training, and exceptional customer service; I was able to replace both tail lights, bulbs, license plate bulbs, and burnt up receptacles which fixed numerous electrical problems I was experiencing. Connie also helped me fix my rear wiper arm, which was badly bent. Ended up replacing a Fuel Filter, cleaning my intake manifold, and mass air flow sensor, Additionally replacing AC actuator switch, cabin filter, and charging my AC systems refrigerant. After going all summer in Southern Louisiana without Air Conditioning, it feels amazing. Lastly, I was able to undertake flushing out and cleaning my entire coolant system and reservoir.With these peoples wealth of knowledge, lengthy work experience, and exceptional customer service skills, these folks helped me save a few thousand dollars, easily, and built outstanding customer rapport with me and numerous other customers. I paid around 300.00 dollars in materials, and spent about three afternoons of work fixing these problems with their help. I would recommend this stores to anyone. I have nothing but great things to say about Abbeville, Louisiana AutoZone.Thank you.
